Streching around in the bed I try to energize my limp arms, hitting my mom's stomach in the process. She was fast asleep not feeling the kick that just unintentionally landed on her. Rubbing her stomach, I place a kiss to shove the pain away. Dad used to say that my kiss can take away any pain but Aiden doesn't believes so.

I kicked him yesterday when he proved me a liar in front of my future in laws. A bruise left on his leg and when I kissed it he said it didn't work. I then kissed his leg with pressure and he said that the pain increased. Feels like my magic doesn't works on mean people.

I discussed with Aiden about how much time Wren will get for the crime he committed. He said that the officer informed he will be inside for minimum five to seven years and hearing so made me relief. Zain and Husna won't have any trouble now.

He divulged his plans as a result of getting beat up by the officers, about how he desired to take over my father's company, firstly starting with getting Zain engaged to Khadija so he could coerce Khalid and his brother. If I ever see him again, even Universe won't be able to save him from my karate skills. Not like Universe ever helped me throughout my life.

Fate does pulls interesting tricks in people's life. They never imagined that they might have their real parents somewhere in the world before they appeared today. What matters is the ending and they had a happy one. As for me, I have no clue what was in store for me. Will my mom be with me in the funture or will Aiden fall for a girl? Will I be with Zain or find someone other than him? Fate is a tricky game and dicloses it's secrets to no one.

I wanted to sleep all day long as I was mentally drained with yesterday's episode. But as my exams are nearing, I have no reason but to attend school any how. Going through my wardrobe I tried to find something that would cover me more from head to toe.

From somewhere deep inside I found a navy blue skater dress and pair it up with black jeans. Then I tied my hair in a fish braid and applied sunscreen on my face.

Not forgetting the deal, I pick out a black cotton scarf and tie it on my head. It doesn't sets perfect but it was good to go.

My face was glowing healthy for some unfamiliar reason, and didn't feel the need to apply makeup. Excited by my new look I exit my room and kiss Mary goodbye.

Yesterday night Mary explained me how she worked at the Alanas. After Zain and his sister were abducted, she left them and worked for someone else. I was so glad and thankful to Allah that I met Mary. Now I can get in the good books of my future inlaws.

Fishing out my cell I called up Khadija asking if she was attending the school or not. In response she waved her hand at me from the school gate. We both walked together as she complimented my clothing.

Students around gave me a weird look to which I didn't heed towards.

Taking a look at Khadija I notice her wearing blue denim long skirt paired up with a blue top. I'm starting to like her sense of clothing.

"Why the hijab?" I explained the deal between me and Allah while she laughs at me.

"I didn't get to thank you yesterday." How would she when my brother dragged me away from my in-laws when I was bonding with them.

"I'm sorry for not informing you before about my engagement. I wasn't in my right mind that day. But you got me back by destroying my favourite black hijab and stealing away my dress away." I was planning to return her the dress but when she is insisting me so bad to keep it then who am I to deny?

"What dress are you talking about?" I decided to play along.

"You thief, I so knew it." She hit me with a book which had only few pages and got injured in the process trying to hug me. Khadija collected the pages from the floor while I shift to the class.
