Haunted Houses

Jack: It's October! That means haunted houses are starting up! I'm so excited because I've never been to the ones here. "We have to try some!" I love horror stuff so a haunted house is perfect! I go on the computer to look up places to go and noticed that they were all awesome! "OK lets try this one, and this one, and this one!" I run back down the stairs and over hear Mark. I creep in a little to listen. "OK so how much? Why so much? OK as long as it's worth it." I start seeing him turn so I quietly run away. "What was he talking about?" I hear him come down and I show him the online tickets. "We have to go Mark! I mean these things look too cool to pass up."

               We eat breakfast and he finally gives the OK. I jump up and run to my clothes.  I run to the computer and upload a video and set up the next. Afterwards I look at the reviews. I wanted to make sure that it was horrifying. Turns out I was right and they were perfect. I watch videos and wait till it finally was late enough to go. We get our to go coffee and get in the car. "Jack are you sure you want to do this because our haunted houses are really scary?" I just smile and nod a lot, which tells him to start the car. "So where is our first one." I show him a spot on the map and he drives.

Mark: We get to the place and the whole are is screaming scary. I'm use to our type haunted houses so I'll be fine, but what about him. We go to the line and a man in costume screams and hits the walls with a pipe. It was really loud so everyone had to cover their ears. We finally get to the front and pay for the tickets they automatically let us in and the whole place is red. We dealt with jump scares, screaming, and anything to make you uncomfortable. While we were in, Jack and I would flinch at first or jump a little, but laugh after because it was funny to see ourselves be scared at this stuff. And at the end we were chased by a chainsaw. We quickly walked out to see the beginning of the line. I tap Jack's head to get his attention. "So what did you think?" He skips while we walk back to the car saying how fun it was and telling about his favorite parts. He looked like a little kid.

               We get to the next one and this one is more tame and at a family's house. It was in their backyard, but it was still fucking scary. We saw clown cannibals, ghost twins, children with black eyes staring at us and following us, and so many more things where I didn't know what they were. This had lots of dark places, so I'd feel Jack hold onto my shirt so we could get out. "So cute." "What'd you say Mark I can't here you over the screaming." "I didn't say anything." "Okie dokie." We get out and see some people waiting in line. "Man it's starting to get busy, well to the next one." I nod and we go to the next one.

Jack: We get to the last one and it was terrifying. It was an old highschool, so hey made the haunted house based off the school. "Well lets get in Mark." We start in the line and a lady that looks like a zombie in a costume comes out and starts yelling. "The principle says he has to see you two troublemakers!" We follow quietly not knowing what's going on. We make it to the principle's office after seeing kids with scars, cuts that say loser and so much more. A man that also looks like a zombie stands up. "Well do you two know why you're here. You first, if you don't answer correctly then you'll get punished." He points at Mark and Mark just shakes his head not knowing. "Wrong, you!" I decided to be a smart arse. "Cause ye called us up here." He nods. "That's a good answer, OK." He points at Mark again. "I want you to put your hands on the desk and to look away." Mark listens and he hands me a ruler. "No this is going to hurt you more than me hahahahaha!" He then whispers in my ear to spank him him the ruler. "Oh OK." I then grab the ruler and get ready. I pull it back and WHAM! Mark jumps a little and turns around and covers his face laughing.

               We then continue the place and it was well made. It has things ye'd see in highschool and made them scary looking. There were classrooms, lunch room, detention, a fair, and so much. It was amazing and my favorite. The whole time Mark and I would like to touch things to see if they were real. We saw a lady twisting her body around us and another crawling around. It was creepy and funny at the same time! When we got close to the exit we saw a maze. "Well lets get this over Jack." "What are ye bad at mazes?" He smiles. "Very bad." We start going through and hitting dead ends. "OK Mark if ye keep going right you should hit the end." We kept going right until we hit the end with the last jumpscare.

Mark: It was finally the end and we jumped around and ran to the car. We drove home and when we entered Jack ran and started a vlog. I decided to watch TV and when Jack finished he went to bed. After a little I hear a call. "Mark here what's up?" "Hey about that thing you wanted we found a match. Just let me know when you want it." I smile and try to act cool. "Thanks I'll let you know later." Finally, the perfect thing for Christmas.
