Okay guys, I know that we could say sorry a bazillion times and that still wouldn't make you forgive us. But, we truly are sorry. The thing is, is that we've been so busy with our lives that we don't have time to update. Anyways, we're really sorry and we promise to try to update more often now that it's summer. So...hope you enjoy this chapter, at least! And thank you for staying with us for so long. It really means a lot to us.
Chapter 7
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Emily's P.O.V.I watched in amusement as my brothers walked over to us.They were glaring at Matt. This might get interesting. But, being the nice friend I am, I try distracting them. Too bad that they only look at me for a second. Ugh. My brothers are way too overprotective. Sometimes it was actually kind of funny to see them like that. I feel bad for Matt though. He doesn't deserve it. Eh, that's life for ya.
"Hey." Chris said, a smile lit his face. He wrapped his arm around my waist, which made my brothers and the other boys kill him with a glare. I looked at Brody, who was giving Chris saying something with his eyes, which I can never understand — even if directed to me. Oh well.
Ryder pushed Chris's arm from around my waist. I send him a point look, in question of what? I mean, Chris did nothing wrong, all he did was put his arm around my waist. I mean, Evan was fine when Brody put his arm around my waist. I sure see no problem with it, why can't my brothers just accept that.
"Come on Em, were leaving." Ryder grabbed my arm, and pulled me, brothers in tow.
"I didn't want to go yet!" I whined, once we got to the car.
"And I don't want you with guys, like that. I know what they want, and all your older brothers know that too." Evan defended him and my brothers, "Look, were not always going to be around, and already five of your older brothers are out and about. Your younger brothers won't get to protect you in high school. We all want to keep you our baby sister as long as we can. You know that." he told me.
"I know, but can you chill once in awhile, I need to learn from my mistakes, not yours or theirs." I said pointedly.
"Fine, we'll chill once in awhile." Evan laughs.Once we get to our house, our older brothers greet us.
Jonas is the oldest out of the 14 of us, he is married to the lovely Brooklyn Castleton, and lives in New York. But since we just moved, he decide to take a week or two off on being a businessman, to help us get settled in.
Travis — the next oldest — lives in Texas, and his job is a teacher. He also took a few weeks off his job. He's going back next Wednesday, though.
Dan and Jack — first twins of the family. Dan is still a player, though he doesn't sleep around like teenagers these days. He also helps mom with her fashion line, mostly men. Him and Jack are the ones who are on the cover, out of most of us. He attends UCLA, which was his dream college. Now he's living in that dream. He's here with us, along with Jack, but is leaving tonight, since he missed school already. Jack attends UCSF. Like Dan, he's living his dream. Right now he's a car mechanic. He is absolutely in love with cars, and as a kid, he took apart his bike and fixed it to make it new. That's how much he loves cars. He's not like Dan, playboy and stuff, he's more of a popular nerd. Our mother raised him well."Leave me alone." I say, going up the stairs past my older brothers. Right now my head's killing me, I guess all that alcohol finally caught up. I hopped into my pj's and slid into bed.
------
I awaken from my slumber by the sun, and a killer headache. Seeing how it is Saturday, I lay in bed until I couldn't bare the pain anymore. I went downstairs to find my brothers sitting at the bar. Evan gave me an Advil and some coffee. I also received some toast from Charlie. Blake ran over to hug me while I was eating. Awww...he was just too cute. I gave him a kiss on his forehead and pulled him into my lap. Just then, the doorbell rang. Ding dong. My brothers and I looked at each other, silently asking if anyone invited someone over. Everyone shook their heads and Drake went over to the front door, to open it.
"Hey guys.", Brody said as he walked into the bar room. I smiled and set Blake down."We were wondering if you guys had any plans today.", Chris asked. We looked at one another and turned back at the two brothers, shaking our heads. "Great!", Brody said. "Why?", I asked, curiously. Both brothers smiled and Chris said,"We're going to go play tackle football." My brothers' eyes brightened, as well as mine did. I said," Okay I'm going to go change!" I raced upstairs to find my clothes and put them on. I ran back downstairs, to find my brothers already done, too. "Done?", they asked. I nodded my head and we all ran towards the private park that we shared in the community, including Brody and Chris.
We all played for a while, except Don, Riley, and Blake—they watched. The two brothers looked pretty impressed with me. But, I knew I could blow their minds even more. It's pretty funny to see boys watch me play these kinds of intense games because their jaws usually drop. But, on the other hand, what can I say? I learned from the best. My brothers played a lot of sports. We played until lunch. My mom came out to meet us while giving us her homemade sandwiches," So, kids. Having fun?" We nodded our heads, going back to munching on our sandwiches. "Well then, I'm glad. Emily, honey, do you want to come with me today?", I nodded. "Okay. We'll, I'm just going to go back to work, now. Do you guys need anything else?", she asked. We shook our heads and she smiled before leaving.
We played a bit more before going back to our place. We hung out, watched movies, and played games in in the Game Room. When my mom came back, she asked if Brody and Chris wanted to have dinner with us. They declined and went home. We ate dinner before my mom and I went to go shopping in Beverly Hills. My mom loves the designer stores there. As we walked into Gucci, my mom said,"Hun, why don't you go and choose some stuff. If you like it, go buy it. Just don't choose anything that you know you won't wear. K?" I nodded my head and she went to Prada. After walking around and buying a lot of clothes and shoes, my mom and I met up. I had bags of Miu Miu, Guess, Fendi, Jimmy Choo, and Tiffany. My mom came over to me with even more.
The thing with my mom is that money doesn't matter to her. She makes so much of it that it's just like nothing to her, now. She still works because she loves her job. But, now she spends more time with us.Once we arrived home, I dumped the items onto the floor, making a note to put it in my closet. It was around 2300, so I hopped into my pj's and slept.
So...how was it?
Are you guys still made at us?Well, anyway...
