Chapter 4 : Emily's P.O.V.
I watched as Matt drove off. I saw the way he was looking at Brody. In fact, I saw how everyone was looking at Brody. They were all jealous. But either way, they probably wouldn't get a chance. After all, my brothers hate the idea of a boyfriend, especially what happened last time.
We pulled out of the parking lot, with Brody in tow. Both cars had eventually reached the house and we soon entered. As the boys rushed into the kitchen, I rushed to my room. Soon after, Brody came in.
"So... What do you want to do first?" He plopped onto the bed.
"I'm not so sure." I said. "Homework?" I suggested.
"No... That's BORING!" He whined.
"So then what shall we do?" I questioned him.
"Let's go to my house, we're going swimming." A grin was plastered on his face.
"As you wish Sir Brody of Bossiness." I said, which he replied in a bow before sauntering out of the room.
Now that we was gone, I had to chose what to wear. I had multiple bikinis, and usually I didn't have a difficult time choosing what to wear. But, for some reason, it was a tough decision. I soon gave up and grabbed the closest one, not wanting him to wait any longer. I slipped on my black bikini bottom, with a floral designed bikini top. I threw over a cover up before running down the stairs. Thank the heavens my brothers were out and about at the moment, for if they were here, I wouldn't be able to get to the door.
I shoved my feet into matching flip-flops before making my way to Brody's house.
The doors were french, and were quite intimidating. Pillars made its way from marble porch, to the white, french roof. I made my way up the steps and took a breath. I held my fist up before pounding it against the door three times. Brody opened it, before exclaiming.
"WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN? It's been what, an hour?" he said. I replied with a shrug before stepping inside. I could hear Brody sigh, and he soon led me to the pool.
I took off my cover up, leaving me with nothing on, but a bikini. I turned to look at Brody, who stared at me with awe.
"What?" I said looking around me. "Is there something on my face?" I asked.
"No way. It just..." he paused, "you look beautiful. You definitely have a model's body. His eyes traced my body, before he stopped and looked at me in the eye. His eyes were tinted with a mischievous smile. He suddenly ran towards me, scooped me up and threw me into the pool. It was freezing. "Eeeeeeee!", I squealed. He laughed and jumped in with me.
"Hey, we're here, Brody.", somebody says, from the door. I look at Brody, confused. But, before he can even open his mouth to explain, Joey, Matt, and a few other guys who were sitting with us at lunch, came out with their swim trunks and a towel, each.
They gaped and stared at me. Ugh. Why can't boys stop staring at me? Whatever. I playfully splashed them and they jumped in to join Brody and I. Finally, Alex managed to casually ask, "Dude, how'd you manage to get her here?" I slapped him playfully on the arm.
"Seriously? I'm still here, you know?" I told Alex. He ignored me and looked at Brody, waiting for his answer.
"She's my friend guys. And my neighbor. But don't you think about getting with her, her brothers won't like it." He have them all a stern look before smiling at me.
"You guys want to race?" Brody asked everyone. Every nodded. We gathered at one side. Brody yelled a go, and we all took off. I was in lead, but I doubt they were trying. I stopped at the other side in time to see the guys finish.
"You know, you guys really don't need to pretend to be slow, I am a swimmer, and can take being last." I said to them smugly.
"FIne, let's do it again, and this time no pretending." Max said, and we restarted. Again, I ended up in first. Ha.
"So last time you guys we're trying?" I asked. They all gave small nods. Aww, poor babes.
"Let's do something else." Joey spoke.
"Okay. But what?" Matt asked him.
"Marco Polo?" Devin suggested.
"Sure, why not." I said casually.

After a few games, the boys left, leaving Brody and I alone. We swam slowly and floated.
"You should get going." Brody got out of the water and offered me a hand. I couldn't help but look at his toned chest, and perfectly sculpted abs.
"Like what you see, Emily?" Brody asked.
I blushed, before scoffing. "No."
"Okay whatever you say." He pulled me out of the water, but my bad luck decided it was time for me to slip. I pushed Brody, and fell on top of him. An awkward moment of silence surrounded us before we bursted out laughing. I turned to look at him, but when I did, his face was right next to mine. At least five inches apart. I blushed again.
"Well, well, well, what have we here?" A voice said smugly, breaking the thick tension. I looked at the doorway to find the infamous Chris.
"Hello brother. Isn't it so lovely to see you." He emphasized.
Wait... Brother? Brother? Chris was Brody's brother? Gee, I feel a bit dizzy.
I looked between the two. How could I have not seen it before. Their smirks were the same. Eyes were the same. Jawline was the same. Both had dimples. Even the small little freckles dotting their noses. It was barely seen, but if you got close enough, you could see them.
"What do you want, Chris?", Brody spat out. Chris started laughing. I cocked my head to one side, confused. When Chris finally stopped, he said," What do I want? Nothing. Is it such a crime to go into the backyard of my own house? Because, I really doubt that it is." Brody stood up and pulled me up. "C'mon. Let's go."
After I left the house, I went back to my own house. But when I opened the door, I saw my brothers standing in front of me. What the hell?
