Destiny's POV:

"Oh my god! Dessy!!! Dess! " I heard Kate scream.

"Oh god! What is it again?" I asked annoyed.

"You've gotta see this. Jase brought a  horror film - The conjuring!!!  I guess it's best scary movie.  the cover is so terrific. Look" she said still screaming.

"First of all.... I'm in the shower and second of all I'm not hearing impaired so stop screaming" I said from the bathroom.

"Whatever..... I'm going to the library. I've got to return some books. When I get back I'm gonna watch it alone. And this time I'm not getting scared!" She said confidently.

"Oh yeah! We'll see." I said mocking.

I put on my clothes and got out. Kate was winging her winging her eye liner while I stood in awe. She does it in one stroke.

"How do you even do that?" I asked her as I dried my hair under the fan.

"It's called art! Something that you don't know Dess" she said applying her ChapStick.

"Is that sarcasm I sense?" I questioned.

"Remember I'll be the Only one here for you. Oh...wait...! " I took out my phone to check the day.

"It's Saturday!" I squealed.

"So?" She asked curiously.

"So..... Harry is singing in x-stacy today. Which means you might have to sleep alone" I said smirking.

"What? You'll come home right?" She asked nervously.

"I don't know. Harry and I might spend the night alone....." I lied to make her scared.

"But that's OK . you're very brave i know. You're not gonna be scared! " I could see how nervous she was.

"No. No Dessy . Jase is not in station too. You can't do this to me. C'mon don't you care for me?" She asked with pleading eyes.

"Aww.....Katieee is scared!! Katy wants her mommy! Are you gonna cry?" I said laughing.

Ok that was rude. Also she was upset. Dangit!

"Hey you! Yeah you with the sad face. I was just kidding.  I'll be back soon. Of course I wouldn't leave you alone. How can I ever? You're my Kate! " I said hugging her.

"I'm not gonna get scared though" she said softly.

"Yeah of course. You're like the bravest person in the planet. I mean it!" I lied to make her feel happy .

"I get that you're trying to make me feel not so miserable but that lie was too obvious" she said laughing.

"I try! Now go. You don't wanna be late" I said pushing her out.
