Bad Boy Falls For Vampire

Chapter 6: I guess the cat is out of the bag.

I was telling my best friend I was a vampire was the craziest thing, like honestly I've had other best friends but usually I don't get attached to them because I usually move on. I'm one of those vampires that really does not get attached to people I meet along the way because they always end up dieing or I have to go away for their protection. Things like these are what makes being a vampire terrible I would love to stay around the same friends until we go to college together and be friends forever but that just could never happen.

"Mira did you smoke something or drink something or even take something to make you say those words. Mira you know I'm here for you if drugs are your only escape I'm a great listener you know hell I'm your best friend and if-" Belle kept rambling on.

"Belle stop I'm not on drugs trust me I'm perfectly clean I'm telling you the truth I'm not telling a lie" I said giving her a are-you-kidding-me look.

"Mira are you bullshitting with me like you always do?" you've got to be kididng me.

"Belle no! I'm not bullshitting you! and don't cuss you are like a saint you don't say those words" I was getting pretty aggravated that I just showed her my fangs and showed her how my face turns when I do become a vampire which only my eye color change.

"Holy shit! Mira you're a monster!" and she left running out of my car.

I just sat in my car thinking of everything I did wrong and what I've could have done right so this exact thing would not happen. But who am I kidding regretting things will not make it better nor fix it what has been said has been said no turning back. I could have ran after her and compel to her to forget that conversation ever happened but I want to do things differently I want to actually have a friend know I'm a vampire and trust someone with my biggest secret. There is many things I have risk for that to work out but I'm up for anything. Council has always been on my ass for not joing their little clique. To be in council you have to be a certain amount of years old they always try to get the oldest vampires. The oldest vampires are wise, and stronger then the ones that are younger which is obvious. Every vampire wants to be in that but I rejected them and they are just not use to someone doing that. Fucking idiots if you tell me.

I looked to my right seeing Seb opening my car door and sitting beside me.

"Fuck off Sebastian I don't want to see your face because of you this happened oh and by the way where is Gage? and is that blood on your mouth...you've got to be fucking kidding me!" I ran out and with my vampire speed I ran towards Gage seeing him laying there broke my heart a little. He was still alive he didn't drain him dry but he fainted I can tell. I picked him up carrying him in my arms which is honestly fucked up here because the guy is suppose to be the hero here. New age though women can do anything even be hero's and rescues a "damsel in distress".

I walked to my car not seeing Sebastian there anymore thats when Belle came to mind which I was worried. I laid Gage in the backseat and drove off to my house.

Once I got there I opened the back door of my car picked up Gage and with my vampire speed opened the door and took him to my room and laid him on my bed.

I went to sit in the chair in the corner waiting for him to wake up thats when all the flashes of what happened back there came crossed my head. I can't believe I let harm come to Gage and emotionally harm come to Belle that was not in my intentions.

Then I saw Gage opening his eyes and rubbing his neck ah damn.

"Ahh, where am I?" Gage said looking confused I mean who wouldn't.

"Gage, you are in my room you got hurt in the park and since I don't know where you live this was my best option" I said looking at him but then glancing at his neck with blood still coming out but not much. Hold yourself Mira.

"I'm in your room? Mira did you do something to me! because if you did you should have not roofied me so I could remember I would have let you do it freely you know" He said winking at me.

"Even when you're hurt you still act cocky as possible but I'll let that one slip well I brought you water and a bandage to cover up your cut that you made when you fell" I said handing him the two things trying not to get to close.

"See I wouldn't mind a nurse like you to be honest you can take care of me any time Mira" he said with a smirk ugh.

"Don't push it Gage just be lucky I didn't just leave you there" I said.

"Well you're such a sweetheart to be taking care of me so I can say you actually do care about me" He said smiling.
