Addie's an Animagus

Quidditch Match

Addie was dressed in her coach assistant outfit and went onto the Quidditch pitch. Where Madam Hooch was waiting for her. Yes she is still works as Madam Hooch's assistant, even after two years. As she circled the field as the game was about to begin. She saw Sirius as a big black dog in the stands at the top. She waved at him and he wagged his tail.

During the match it started to rain heavily and Addie could barely see 10 feet in front of her. Even with water repelling goggles. As Harry and Cedric flew into the clouds following the snitch. Addie followed them to make sure they didn't get hurt.

That's when the Dementors appeared it looked like there were hundreds of them. Before Addie could use the Patronus charm to send them away. One of them got Harry and he fell off his broom. As it flew off, Addie shot her Patronus (marten) at the dementors.

She flew after Harry as Cedric caught the snitch not releasing that dementors had appeared at the match. When Addie got through the clouds she saw Harry hovering a few feet off the ground. She looked into the stands and saw Dumbledore pointing his wand at Harry. Addie grabbed Harry and Dumbledore lifted the spell, as she lowered him gently to the ground.

When everyone left their stands and came to see if Harry was alright. Cedric appeared seeing Harry unconscious on the ground. He tried to ask for a rematch, but both Madame Hooch and Oliver said he won fair & square. Addie told them about the dementors appearing and how she scared them away with her Patronus.

Dumbledore went to deal with the dementors, after instructing Addie to go wait in his office. He told her the password as he left Professor McGonagall in charge. So Addie heads to his office drying her clothes along the way.

Hermione and Ron went to the hospital wing with Harry along with the quidditch team. As Professor McGonagall sent the Gryffindor team and a few of the other professors to find Harry's broomstick. Addie had told them where she last saw it heading before she followed Harry after sending the Dementors away.

When she got to Dumbledore's office she wrote a quick letter to Sirius, to tell him Harry was okay and that the dementors had appeared at the game. She walked over to the window and called Brian. He came straight away through the pouring rain and took the water repelling letter, leaving when she told him who it was for.

The door opened behind her and she turned to see Professors Dumbledore and McGonagall entering the room. As McGonagall shut the door, Dumbledore told Addie to take a seat across him as he sat behind his desk. Addie did as she was told and told them everything that had happened during the match. But then McGonagall asked to see her Patronus, Addie complied and produce her marten shaped Patronus.

Both the Professors were impressed that she could produce a Patronus with an actual shape. She told how she found a book in the library last year talking about how defend themselves against dark creatures. How she saw the Patronus charm would protect her from dementors. And had been practicing it in secret, until she perfected it.

Afterwards she was told she should have private lessons with Professor Lupin. So that he could teach some more advice magic, then want she was learning in class. Because they thought she wasn't reaching her full potential as a witch. Especially, when they heard she never did homework and got just as good grades as her older twin sister Hermione. This made Addie very happy and she also received 50 points for Gryffindor.

Before she left Dumbledore told her about how he sent the Dementors away for good from the school. But some may still hang around in search of Sirius Black and not to tell anyone about her private lessons. Addie went back to the common room after agreeing to be quiet, where everyone was asking her about what had happened in the clouds. Thankfully Fred and George saved her, they lead her over to Lee in the corner. Where they told her about Harry's broom flying into the whopping willow.

When she went to her dorm she saw Brian there with a letter from Sirius. It basically said he wanted to know everything about what happened at the match. Addie went to sleep after that thinking I have to see Sirius tomorrow , before falling asleep.
