Chapter 1 - In the Beginning

Abby P.O.V

As i was doing my hair my Dad called me.

"Honey Breakfast is ready!" My dad said.

Hi My name is Abby Gil,  I am 17 years old and i go to school at Jefferson High and there i'm a nerd where everybody thinks i'm a nobody but in reality i am somebody. I am in a gang, My father is the leader. I am next- in- line to take over the Gang  by when i turn 21. I am learning how to trade on the black market and i have master in karate, tai chi, and combat skills. I promise my self not to fall in love but I broke that promise.

After putting up my hair in a messy bun. I rush down stairs and smelling pancakes with syrup with a strawberry on top and i'm good to go.

I ate my breakfast and went through the door when my dad call me back for something.

"Yes daddy?" i answered back.

"Honey why do you wear those glasses?" My Dad asked.

"Because dad i think no one would suspect me if i wear them, they will think i'm a nobody and they will not think that the leader of ghost gang will let his daughter looking like a nerd." I answered back.

"How very clever of you, your mother was clever when i met her." He said.

Yeah my mom she died after she gave birth to me and my dad didn't want to remarry so he raised me by himself. By the time I was 5 I knew how to work a gun and aim perfectly he always give a gun when i was home alone to use as a act of self defense and by the time i was 13  assassinate someone who stole my Dads shipments from Russia and that was once but after that i met Cassie she and Josh her brother and they both join the gang and did the assassination and that's how Cassie and i became best friends and we go to the same school together.

I went through the front door where Cassie was in her car drinking coffee.

"Hey." I said as I got into the car.

"Oh my god Abby I can't believe it's senior year for us!" She said exclaimed as she hugged me so tight.

"Let's go." she sang.

"Alright." i replied.

Yep it was the Beginning of the school year for us we drove to school and we were walking in the hallway when i bump into someone just to look up it was Jake Allen.

The school's bad boy, always in trouble, a player always breaking some girls heart and  some that he uses and the girls don't care and always got Austin Woods at his side

"Seriously what is up with people bumping into each other in the hallway!?"He Yelled to me.

Causing everyone to look at us.

"Well excuse me asshole you are the one with the good eye and you are yelling at me just because it was an honest mistake that i bump into you in the hallway. Well check again Bitch even your yelling does not scare my at all it just gets me piss off." I spat at him.

He push me back on the lockers and his lips were close to mine.

"Just remember that this is not over." He whispered.

He back off and walked along and i back off the locker and went with speed and Cassie trying to catch up with me and she was shocked.

"What was that?" She asked.

"I don't know but if he messes with me again he will regret it." I said coldly.

Jake P.O.V

"Who the  hell she think she is!!" I said loudly.

"Dude chill she's a nerd you can do anything to her. Austin said.

Let's just say that Austin is my best friend and by that i mean like partners in crime.i'm 18 my dad is the leader of the Italian gang and i'm next in line and know how to fight but we sell drugs but my father,Austin and I never did drugs but we smoke and got drunk but I am so tired since i woke up late this morning after last night me,him and a few friends who are in the gang celebrate last night of summer and it was a blast.

But there was something about that nerd but she made me smile. she look so cute when angry... wait the hell am i saying.

Me and Austin were going to Home economics I love cooking especially Italian food, pasta for example I love pasta and since the gang ancestors were Italian I say why not love it. Yeah so we enter the class just to find that nerd and her friend sitting. I went to sit down at the back.

"Okay class settle down." Mrs. peg said.

I mean like she is the best teacher she is willing to push you in getting better in cooking and also she is the coolest, she has a good sense of humor not like those other fucked up teachers like Mr.Garry who yelled at you just because you get an equation wrong.I Mean seriously not everybody is fucking perfect.

"Okay class this year project is food out side of North America so i will put you in two's and you're partner will discuss and choose a country. Mrs. peg said. "Okay i will list the partners." she said.

Came down to the last two and I was not ready to hear this.

"Cassie fields and Austin woods"

"Jake Allen and Abby Gil."

"Great." I mutter under my breath.

Just to look up at Abby and Cassie there face was priceless. Indeed Abby face look so inviting. I don't really know what's happening to me and to find that every other girl in the room is whispering about how two nerds is partners with two bad boys.

The bell rings for lunch and Austin went to talk to Cassie. Before Abby walked out the class I grabbed her arm.

"I thought Bad boys do work." she said sarcastically.

"Look food is my favorite,just because you read those books about bad boys don't do work and falls for the good girl doesn't mean i am one of them. At least i do some of my work and got something in my name." I said.

She wring her arm out of mine.

"How bout after school we can get some where with this project." she said.

"yeah um... i will pick you up and we can start it at my house." I said.

"Yeah that can work." she said.

just as i walked along she called me.

"Jake..which country we're doing?" she asked.

"Italy" I said.
