Chapter 2-Here goes nothing

~Abby P.O.V~

My mouth was left hanging.I mean Like since when boys like to cook and do some of their work? boys...the things they do, girls don't understand boys and boys don't understand girls but yet we're both attracted.

"As far my brain is telling me i need to eat and it's lunch and i sat down in the cafeteria and took out my sandwich and then Cassie came .

"Hey Abby." she said.

"Hey Cassie." I replied. 

"I can't believe i'm partner with Austin woods and we have to cook believe it or not i rather die."she said.

"So what country you guys are doing?" I asked.

"He said he wants to do Mexico, I told him i'm fine with that and what country you and Jake are doing?" she asked.

"He wants to do Italy and i told him the same."I answered.

Then Jackie came.

Now Jackie Millers,  she is our best friend she is likely to be more quiet than us but she was cool she tops computer class and we hang out like once or  twice because it's  normally it's just me and Cassie but she is beautiful and by that guys asked her out and she turns down and she told us that she don't date boy at the school and one thing her parents died in a car crashed.

"Hey guys." she said.

"hey." we replied.

"so you guys wanna grab a drink after school?" she asked us.

"No we can't because we have to start our project. me and Cassie are partners with those two idiots Jake and Austin." i answered.

"I wouldn't think so, you two are perfect for them."She said with a chuckle.

The minuet i nearly choke but i managed to stop it before causing problems.

"What? if we're together we are a start of a bad joke."I said as Cassie was giving me the same look.

All Jackie did was smile.

School fly by very fast and i was putting my books into my locker when Janet came up to me.

Janet the school queen bee. No let me re phase that the school queen Bitch. she don't have blonde hair she has brown hair and act totally bitchy. 

"Listen up Whore you are to stay away from Jake he's mine, someone told me that you are going over his house for a project." She said with a cold stare.

"Listen up Bitch!! I don't give a fuck about you or you boyfriend because you two are a bunch of nobodies who need a life that's why you guys are popular because you have nothing else to do."I spat out.

Janet look at me like if I just told her the world is going to end in the next 2 minuets.

"I'll get back at you-" she got caught off.

"Hey Abby are you coming or what?!" Jake yelled.

"I'm coming." I said.

Eventually we got to his house it was big, not even surprised.

"you like it?" Jake asked me.

"I'm not even surprised because i have a house like this."I answered him.

"Oh." He said.

We walked in the kitchen and to see an old lady mixing up sauce.

"Ciao nana." Jake said and kiss her on the cheek.

Abby this is my nana she cooks for the family.

"Hi" I replied.

"so i'm gonna get my cook book and see what we will do.

"Cook book?" i said amusingly.

"Yeah." he answered back.

"Che cosa?" nana asked.

"No,non 'e quello  che  pensi che  lei  non'e la ragazza abbiamo un progetto  in corso  di cucina 'e  per questo  che  'e qui  che la mia compagna." Jake said which i don't understand, he probably told her about the project.

He brought down his book and i look through it, it was so appetizing. and he lean over me to look in the book and it was so imitating that he was close to my neck. Until my phone vibrates, I check it and it was a text from my dad saying that he need me and Cassie that Mexican dealers are taking his shipments.

"I have to go." I blurt out in panic.

"Why?" Jake asked me.

"Family emergency." i said while i picked up my bag and head through the door.

"well at least let me drive you." Jake said.

"No!!" i blurted out, Afraid of what he would find out if he drop me home.

"Thanks but i rather take taxi." i said.

And out through the door i was gone.

~Jake P.O.V~

Wow that was quick. i probably think she left because i went close to her neck. Finally i admitted to my self that i like her, i want to kiss her so badly but i don't know when it's the right time.

I went upstairs and lay on my bed lit a cigarette and inhale.

I check my phone to see messages from Austin but they were none.

when i done smoke i took a shower and then slept thinking of ways to tell Abby i like her.
