Chapter 7-lost and found

~Cassie P.O.V~

Hahaha..omg I can't believe that I give Austin that sandwich oh boy it think that was a prank for me from josh, I'm so gonna kill him when i get home. But for now I have to get out of Austin sight.
I ran into the janitors closet i turned quickly to lock the door but a foot caught it before it. I jumped back frightened, it was Austin and he gritted his teeth and they were blue.
"Look Austin that was for me it was from josh I was supposed to ate it...I'm sorry."

He laughed." How about you kiss me and I wouldn't get revenge on you."

I was shocked,this freak thought today was his lucky day.
"Sorry but I don't kiss players." I said.

"woah I'm not a player." He replied.

"Yes you are, you kiss girls tricking them into thinking you love them then you pulled them into bed and you dump them,you and Jake." I said.

"Look first of all your right me and Jake kissed girls tricked them that we like them then we broke their hearts but hell we drink and smoke but we never had sex before." He said.

I wanted to faint this guy smokes I know basically everyone drinks alcohol but wow smoke,wait.... Did he say he never had sex before.

"Look" he sighs "when me and Jake were in second grade we had crush on you and Abby thats how we became best buddies cause we enjoyed the same things and we had crushes of girl who were best friends." He said.

"Do you still like me?" I asked although there was a big lump in my throat.

"Yes I do." He said.

"No I need more time not now." I said.

And I left him there.

I couldn't believe wait was going on. I went to the bathroom to splash some water on my face, just as i walked in I saw Abby.

"Hey I was looking for you cassie I saw you running out of the cafeteria with Austin behind you..is everything okay?" She asked.

"Yeah." I said by now I was already panting.
"I think my period is coming." I lied.
"I think I'm gonna go home and rest." I lied.

"Okay then tomorrow cause I have to finished my projects with Jake." She said.

"Yeah later" I said.

I drove my way home thinking about what Austin said. But I like Austin is just I can't trust him. 1 he's a player he plays with girls emotions. 2 I'm in a gang I can't risk anyone I loved getting hurt. Even if Austin loves me.

I got home no one was home Josh was at the headquarters of the gangs working. I left school because I couldn't concentrate on my work. With a player confessing his love for me and I an assassin I couldn't Handel it,I need space from my life.

I pack my bag with clothes and weapons a gun,two knives and two needles with drug substances.

Before I left I turn off my GPS on my phone and car. I needed at least a week. Also i left a note on the fridge for Josh saying that I'm off for a couple of days and not to worry about me.

On my way out I saw Kevin he saw me.

I had a thing for Kevin since i was eleven and he was thirteen but it faded away after time passed.

"Hey Cassie what's up" He said.

"Hey Kevin oh I'm going to the grocery store to pick up some stuff to make dinner tonight." I lied.

"Okay I have to go cause I gotta go and spy on someone." He said.

"Okay but be careful kevin." I said with a grin.
