1 Month Later
1 month has passed ever since Nick and I had that talk. In one month a lot of things can happen, and let me tell you the biggest thing of this past month, Nick and I got closer for sure, but I still haven't told him about Jake and I. However, I plan on telling him this weekend, well on Friday at least. This is how I planned on doing it, I am going to call Nick over and tell him I need to tell him something and once he is at my house I'll have Jake show up and both of us will tell him then, and the three of us will become the best of friends.
Anyways the end of March is approaching and the Spring Formal is right around the corner and I am so excited for it, people have asked me to go with them, but I kindly declined all of their offers. I was willing to say yes but only to two people, but that doesn't matter right now.
Right now I am headed to the school's library, let me tell you one thing about it, it is huge, and it wouldn't have been this huge without my help. You see I love libraries, and sometime in the future I want a library in my house and a big one at that too. I have this image of an oldern antique looking library in my house where the shelves are so high that there would be a rolling ladder attached to the shelves to help get books, and the library would contain books from about Fiction to History.
My fantasy came true for the school and the school now had an amazingly huge library with books ranging from Fiction all the way to Geography and History, I loved coming here in my free time and just spend time here.
I went down the isles until I found the one with information about visions, dreams and symbols. Now I know you guys might me wondering what I am doing here, but my visions and dreams about the really familiar green eyes and two infinity signs crossed over each other haven't gone away yet, instead they are becoming more constant.
I grabbed the first two books I found on symbols and went and sat down on a table. I opened the first book which was titled, Dreams and Symbols by Jay McFurd. The first page was just an author's note which I just skipped until I got to the table of contents, I scanned the table of contents which surprisingly listed all the different under the section of symbols.
My eyes finally landed on the one I was looking for, Two Infinity Signs Crossed Over Each other, page 240. I quickly flipped over to page 240 and began to read: Two infinity signs crossed over each other refers to the mark of The Unknown, usually the people who see this symbol in their dreams are linked to The Unknown somehow. And if constantly seen by a person this usually refers to that person is important and needed to The Unknown and needs to make himself or herself known to help the survival of The Unknown.
That's it that's all it says for this, what the hell? The Unknown? What the hell is the Unknown? I quickly closed the book and picked up the other one, Symbols in Dreams and Visions by Jo Fang. I opened the book and quickly flipped to the table of contents and found where it says, Two Infinity Signs Crossed Over Each Other, on page 12. I quickly flipped to page 12 and started reading only to find that it says the exact same thing. So, I slammed the book closed in frustration. What the freaking hell is The Unknown?
I put both books back and walked to the front desk where the librarian sat. "Hi Mrs. Berg."
"Hi Skylar honey, how can I help you today?" She asked every so politely.
"Uh... Mrs. Berg I was doing some research and in my research this thing came popping up, it was called The Unknown, do you know where I could find something about it in here?" I asked her and her eyes widened before she quickly recovered herself.
"Sure honey just follow me this way." She said and started leading the way and I followed. She walked down the aisles and turned into the one about myths, that's strange.
She kept walking down and I followed her until she stopped and pulled out an old looking that looked like a bunch of secrets were written inside of it. She slightly dusted it and handed it over to me.
"Here you go Skylar I hope it helps." She gave it to me with a smile on her face.
"Thank you Mrs. Bergs." I told her and she gave me a nod and walked away and I sat down on the floor this time and took an actual glance at the book.
The Unknown: Secrets Untold the title said and I looked at it confused but opened the book anyways.
