Time passed and the Olympian Council grew. Now, upon the council, just like Perseus had said, sat twelve gods, and Hestia and Hades were no longer on it. It included:

Zeus, Hera, Poseidon, Demeter, Hephaestus son of Hera and Zeus, Ares son of Hera and Zeus, Apollo and Artemis twins of Zeus and Leto, Hermes son of Zeus and Maia, Athena daughter of Zeus and Metis, Dionysus son of Zeus and the mortal Semele, and Aphrodite.

Other gods and goddess' filled up Olympus as well. Many major and minor gods that weren't Olympians could be found wandering the streets of this great city.

Two such gods were Heracles, son of Zeus, and a former mortal woman that Athena took a liking to and made a minor goddess of architecture when she was killed at young age. Heracles thought that he could have whatever he wanted, when he wanted since his father was the King of the Gods. He doubted anyone would go against him.

He had made advances on this new found goddess, who called herself, Annabeth. She wanted nothing to do with the immortal son of Zeus. He wasn't too happy about it and one day had had enough of her refusals. He cornered her in one of the largest gardens on Olympus and there, he proceeded to try and force himself upon her.

She cried out to anyone to hear her, and someone did. Perseus happened to be in the garden at the time, one of his rare moments to visit Olympus. He dashed through the garden until he found the two. Just before Heracles could violate the poor goddess, Perseus tackled him to the ground.

"You dare challenge me, the son of Zeus himself?!" Heracles roared.

Perseus smirked. "Considering who I am and that your own father is scared of me, I do challenge you, child."

Heracles frowned. He'd never heard someone speak down on himself, let alone his father. He wanted to remedy that, but he didn't know who this man was. He radiated power, yet Heracles had never met him and he wasn't on the council, of that he was sure.

"Who are you?" Heracles asked, now a bit more wary of his enemy.

Perseus rolled his eyes and turned away from the young god to face the girl he had saved. He noticed she was still mostly bare from where Heracles had torn her dress off in an attempt to rape her. In a wave of his hand, she was covered in the finest dress she had ever seen.

She looked up at him gratefully and he just nodded at her. Her eyes widened when she saw the man who had caught her unawares in this garden sneaking up on her savior. Before she could even warn him, Perseus stuck his hand out and a blast of energy hit Heracles without Perseus even turning to look at him.

The attempted rapist was out cold before be even hit the ground. "You alright, little goddess?" he asked Annabeth.

She smiled and nodded, surprised at his manners. Maybe this immortality thing wouldn't be so bad.
