Out Of Hiding

Nightstar's POV
Me and Dad wanted to have a family night and watch some TV. He's really getting use to being a dad. I love it so much! Plus, we were watching my favorite movie, The Gray Ghost! So awesome! But, like always, the fun didn't last. The movie got interrupted by a serious news report "Breaking News! The Joker and his Gang of Clowns are holding up Blúdhaven Bank! However, they seem to stalling in the bank instead getting what they want and making an escape. More on this news later on CNN!" I've never seen Dad face change from relaxed to super serious so fast in my entire life! He's been looking for this guy for so long, he didn't want to miss this golden opportunity. "Mar'i, stay here." he said as he went to suit up, what!? Why do I gotta stay!? "What?! Why!? You need me! We're a duo!" I exclaimed "Mar'i, I mean it! This guy is not to be toyed with so stay here!" he shouted, and I just sat down and pouted as he went out the window to get to the bank.

Nightwing's POV
He's not getting away. Five years I've been waiting for this one moment, and I'll be damned if I let him get away again! I arrived went in from the back door. But, when I went in, I didn't see anyone. "Hello there, Boy Wonder!" I heard, and I knew that psychotic voice anywhere "Joker! Where are you!?" I asked in rage while taking out my shock sticks "I've heard you've had a beef with me kiddo! Are you stilling holding that same grudge? It's been all these years man! He's dead! Get over it already!" he exclaimed while laughing, and pissing me off even more. He then came out and faced me, and allowing nr to thrust towards and pick him up by his colar and hold one of my shock sticks to his face. "I wouldn't do that if I were you." Joker stated, and then I realized that I am now surrounded by Joker's Clowned Thugs holding machine guns right at me. Shit! I left my guard down! I let Joker down and held my hands so I wouldn't get shot. "Don't worry Nightwing," Joker started, and then punched me in the back of the head hard. It made me fall, but before I went unconscious I heard Joker say "You'll be joining the other boy soon enough!"

Nightstar's POV
Dang it Dad! I knew he needed me! I'm glad I snuck out and came here. But, there's nothing I can do. If I attack them, I won't be fast enough to stop none of them from putting a bullet in Dad's head. My best bet is to follow them to wherever they're going and hope they won't harm him before I can save him. Just be safe, Dad.
