Celesta

Chapter 4

   The following morning, the traveller woke up to strange noises coming from the forest. He packed his things and went to find the source of the noise.

"What the heck is that noise so early in the morning?" he asked himself.

"Oh wait," he said, looking around, making sure they cost is clear for him to enter.

"I don't see them so I'm sure it will be fine as long as they don't see me," he said while entering the forest to investigate the noise.

After walking for a while he saw Celesta practicing archery and her knife skills early in the morning.

"Wow! she's up this early just to practice?" he asked himself quietly.

"What did that nine tailed fox call her again? Celesa? Celeta?" he was asking himself.

"It's Celesta," someone said behind him.

The traveller widened his eyes and quickly turned his head  to find Puck behind him.

"Celesta...Ya...That's what it was," the traveller said trying to put on a smile.

"What are you doing in the forest? I thought we warned you not to enter!" Puck said angrily while growling.

"Shh! Celesta might hear you," the traveller said trying to keep Puck quiet.

"It's too late for that," said a voice in front of him.

The traveller then quickly faced the front to see Celesta standing in front of him.

"Uh... Hi!" he replied.

"Puck, whats going on?" Celesta asked.

"Why are you in the forest?" She then asked the traveller, looking for answers.

"Umm, I heard some noises in the forest so I came to see what it was. Then I saw you practicing and Puck showed up a-" the traveller was saying till Puck cut him off.

"I was just going to kick him out now"

"You. How did you not get eaten by any wild animals?" Celesta asked the traveller.

The traveller stood there, put his hand to his chin and started to think of an answer to give.

"Now that you mention it, there were a few wild animals but I took care of them," he replied smiling.

Celesta got furious at what she heard and immediately reached for her knifes.

"You what?" she said taking out her knifes and glaring at him.

"Wow! Hold up! Why did you take out your knifes?" the traveller asked while backing away.

"How exactly did you 'take care' of them huh? You better not have hurt any of them! Most of the animals in this forest are mothers and cubs!" Celesta shouted at him.

"Don't worry I didn't hurt any of them!" he shouted back.

"Then how? Huh?" she asked.

"Like this!" the traveller said while turning to look at Puck, he lifted his hands in front of him and moved them around.

Puck then walked beside the traveller and sat down beside him.

"Wh-what is this? I can't control my movements!" Puck shouted.

The traveller then put his hands down and Puck could move again. Puck instantly dashed to Celesta's side and immediately started growling at the traveller.

"I still haven't introduced myself have I? I'm Mat, a Puppeteer, " he introduced himself with a smile.

"Puppet what?" Celesta asked.
