cookies and cream cupcake

What you shall need:
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 2/3 cups sugar
1 cups milk
1/2 cup (1 stick)butter, softened
2 teaspoon vanilla
3 egg whites
1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies( 10 or as many your heart desiree) plus additional for garnish
1 container ( 16 oz) vanilla frosting
What you shall do:
Pre-heat oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Line a 24 standard(2 1/2 inch) muffin cups with baking cups

Soft flour, baking power and salt into large bowl stir in sugar.Add milk,butter,and vanilla: beat with electric mixer at low speed for 30 seconds. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Add egg whites: beat 2 minutes. stir in 1 cup of crushed cookies.spoon batter into muffin cups filled two- thirds full.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean, cool cupcakes in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes.remove from pan come cool completely on wire racks. Frost cupcake; garnish with additional crushed cookies.

Hey guys ( laughs and waves awkwardly) sorry I've been gone so long. After last time I updated I went on a vacation for the last week of summer. Then I went to high school and as a freshman it's been stressful, expecially since I've been going to school with the same people for 6 years than go to a school where I really don't know people.
