Grayson and I were watching a movie in the spare room when I remembered his presents, I quickly ran downstairs to grab my bag and I put all of the presents on his lap as I sat at the end of the bed.

"Happy Birthday!!" I said excitedly as i kissed him, he gave me one of the biggest smiles as he looked at his presents.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I asked him as he opened the first one.

"I didn't want you to feel like you had to buy me something"

"I wanted to, I love seeing you happy" I laughed making him smile.

"Thank you so much I love them, but what about the Christmas jumper? wait did they say yes?" he said as I moved up the bed to sit next to him.

"Yes omg it'll be great!"

We scrambled under the covers and just lay there all night.

That morning when I woke up I went to check my phone and I accidentally picked up graysons because we have the same one. There was a text from a girl called Quin and she had hearts next to her name so obviously I was intrigued. I didn't wake grayson up, instead I went through his texts. I'm not the possessive girlfriend type but I worried and oh god I feel bad for invading his privacy, but I got paranoid. I scrolled right to the top and went down from there, it was flirty and then like relationship stuff then making plans, this was a few of months ago, I scrolled to the day after that...

"I love you" I read , my heart sank they were so cute and it wasn't even that long ago. A tear was welling in my eye as I scrolled to the week after that.

Grayson : I cant believe you did that to me, to us.

Quin : What do you mean?

Grayson : you know exactly what i mean... i spoke to jake today.

Quin : Grayson let me explain

Grayson : What more is there to say?!

Quin : I'm sorry?

Grayson : Bye Quin.

I went to scroll further but that was the last time he spoke to her. but that didn't stop her from texting him repeatedly, I feel relieved but what if I'm just the rebound to him.

"Hello there gorgeous" I looked back at him with angry eyes.

"Are you ok? What's up?" he asked puzzled, I threw him his phone.

"Quin texted you" I sneered as I left the room.

"Oh god Phoebe, wait, I'll explain" I was walking down the stairs at this point, everyone was still asleep and it was dark outside but that didn't stop me from going out the door at the bottom of the stairs.

"Phoebe stop" he said grabbing my arm as the door closed behind us.

"Why'd she have hearts next to her name if it's nothing?" I asked slightly upset in my voice.

"It's a long story, we dated for a while and then she cheated on me with my best friend Jake, and now she won't stop texting me. Trying to talk to me."he said putting his hand in his pocket.

"Whatever" I said not really knowing what to say, and moving to reopen the door, his hand intercepted.

"Phoebe, look at me." he said holding the door closed and taking my hands.

"You are the only girl I see, you are the only girl I want to talk to, you're the girl I want to be with." he said resting his forehead on mine.

"The thing is, I think I might love you Phoebe" he said looking all around my face.

"I love you too Grayson" I said as our lips joined together in the perfect kiss.
