I think about three hours had past of solidly staring at Prim looking for any sign of discomfort until I became aware of Gale having fallen asleep on the floor beside me. Without hesitation I quietly slipped out of the room in search of a blanket for Gale considering he was asleep on the cold hard floor. After a few minutes of scouring I finally came across a blanket sprawled across the sofa after retrieving the azure blue woven blanket I made a swift circle back around the sofa and up the stairs to my bedroom where I found Gale asleep but Prim wiggling her way up in the bed to a sitting position. "Hey" I greeted her with a surprised tone to my voice and most likely a surprised facial expression "Hi" she replied with a gruff voice. "How you feeling?" I asked while draping the blanket over a still soundly asleep Gale, I think he's a deep sleeper considering my experiences in the past of stopping by his house to go hunting and finding him still sound asleep and having to on some occasions literally drag him out of bed.

"Fine, I think." She answered with  shrug of the shoulders on "I think" and a sweet smile to finish. "Good, em I'm going to have to have to change your bandages soon." I answered with a smile "Oh okay well do you need any help?" she asked genuinely wanting to help "No Prim don't be silly your the patient now." I retorted with a smile and a small chuckle at the end. "Okay, but you sure you can handle it?" she asked with a smile and a sarcastic tone "Yes, I'm sure." I retorted jokingly. "I'm gonna go get the bandages from the kitchen, back in a second." I informed while making a quick exit out of the room and walked down the stairs and collected the bandages from the kitchen table where Gale had most likely left them. I then began my trip upstairs where I then remembered to get the rubbing alcohol so that I could clean the wound I then got the last of my supplies and returned to find both my companions in the same position i had left them in, one asleep and the other lying in an awkwardly uncomfortable position in the bed in an attempt not to cause herself any pain.

"Right um, here sit up and I'll get the old bandage off." I requested awkwardly realising half way through the request that she would have to take her top off which meant Gale had to leave. "Gale" I questioned hoping he would wake up which was a bust. "Gale!" I shouted this time which got his attention and caused him to jolt his head up expecting some sort of danger but was greeted by Prim and I sniggering at his reaction. "You have to leave I'm changing prim's bandages." I stated in a much more authoritarian tone than had been intended. "Oh right okay, I'll just wait down stairs or something." He replied in a gruff half awake tone. "Thank you" I replied in a more friendly tone than my previous one which I got a friendly nod to in reply, and with that he was gone.

"Okay right I'll just clean the wound then I'll put fresh bandages on it." I stated while proceeding to the bandages so that I could unravel the old ones that where rapped around her shoulder tightly. After un-rapping the bandages I uncovered a wound which was painfully close to being almost identical looking to the one johanna gave me in the arena from digging my tracker out of my arm. "Right this my sting" I stated to Prim after getting over the similarity, in response I got a nod of approval from her and with that I began to clean the wound which did cause a couple of high pitched squeeks to arise from her mouth. "Shh shh, almost done." I comforted in a soft tone while finishing up. "Done, now all I have to do is put a fresh bandage on okay." I informed in a happy tone which got a nod and smile out of her in response, and with that I took to wrapping her shoulder back up again tightly but not too tight to make sure I didn't hurt her. "All Done. that wasn't so bad was it? I questioned with a smile. "It was fine yeah, better than I expected." she retorted in a timid tone accompanied by a smile at the end. "Good, well do you want to go downstairs for a while." I questioned hoping she would accept. "Yeah sure." She replied in a happy tone taking a weight of my chest. "Okay, here I'll help you down." I sighed while helping her into a sitting position and getting her a fresh top to put on which reminded me I needed once considering mine was still blood stained.

"I'm gonna go get a top this ones a mess." I stated while walking to my wardrobe where a came across a brown woven jumper which I quickly slipped on and made my way back over to Prim so that I could help her downstairs. When we came to the top of the steps she clutched my hand in hers harder than she was before and I wrapped a protective arm around her and guided her slowly down the stairs to find Gale sitting on the couch with his head in his hands and his knee jiggling profusely in a nervous looking way. "Gale, what's wrong?" I questioned nervously "Prim you're okay. How do you feel?" He questioned dodging the question which was never a good sign. "I'm okay I guess." Prim answered quietly. "Gale?" I questioned in an attempt to drag the answer out of him. "Nothing, honestly." He retorted with a small smile tugging on his lips. "Gale I know when somethings bothering you so just tell me." I questioned growing more worried by the second.

"Well... I don't know what your reaction will be, but..." He began but was interrupted by someone coming up behind myself and Prim entering from most likely the kitchen and turning me around quickly and pulling me into a tight and loving embrace.
