How does she always know what I'm trying to say?

"You. Say. Me. How?"

"I know it's weird to hear this but I'm actually really smart." She said. "People don't expect it but they can't argue when they see my grades."

I nodded. "Parker?"

"He went on a walk." She said and we sat down. There was a knock on the door.
I got out of Dani's hold.

"We've gotta talk. And you've gotta leave." Parker said.

"I'll be outside." She said and walked out.

"Dani." I called after her. She shuffled up to me and kissed me.
"I love you." I whispered.

"I love you back."
We smiled at each other and I went back in.

"Okay. What're you doing with her?"

"It's serious." I said. "Why else are you upset?"

"Other than the fact that bitch hurt you?"
I nodded.
"I don't think that this relationship with you and her will go well. You've lusted after her."

"I haven't lusted. I've had a crush."

"I just don't want you to get hurt anymore. Daniella has always been bad news to me."

"I trust that she actually feels this for me."

"Don't be stupid. Hell this could just a huge prank. She doesn't love you and she never has! I don't know why you think that she'll ever love anyone like you! you're just that fucking freak and that's all you'll ever be!"
I just stood there looking at him. His face became unrecognizable to me.
"Allie. I'm so sorry." He tried hugging me and I pushed him away.

Dani walked in and I ran to her wrapping my arms around her tightly as I cried. She held me with one arm and she calmly said.
"Get the fuck out."

"Allie."

"Do I need to be more clear?" Dani asked him.

"I'm sorry. You're not a-" he tried coming closer to me.

"One second baby." I let go of her and she picked him up.
I refused to look at him as he was carried out.
She shut the door and gave me a warm hug.
"What did he say?"

"Freak." I said and hugged her back tighter.

"Unbelievable." She said and shook her head. "My baby." She kissed the top of my head.

"AWWWWWWWW!" Kori yelled. "This is so fucking cute!"

"Not the time Kori." She said.

"Who the fuck made my wifey cry?"

"Parker."

"I thought I liked that kid. I was wrong." Kori said. "Imma go all Compton on his ass."

I don't know why but that made me laugh.
"You feeling any better babygirl?"

I nodded and she let me go. I was cold again so I started pouting.

She kissed me and sat on my lap. I leaned my head on hers and she hugged my neck.

"This is adorable. Especially because you're the little one." Kori observed.

"Not. Little." I mumbled.

"Babygirl said that she wasn't little."

"Oh right. You're tiny."
I flipped her off and Dani laughed. It's music to my ears.
"What did he say?"

Dani gave her a look and I rubbed her arm telling her it was okay.

"He called her a freak."
'And he said the Dani didn't love me and she never would. And he didn't know why I thought Dani would ever love someone like me.
"He said that?!"
Her fists clenched. I grabbed her hand and kissed it.

"Wow. I think you should get a new best friend." Kori said.

'Who?

"ME!" She joined our embrace and let go.
I gave her a thumbs up and nodded.
"Shit. Would you look at the time. I have a class. Dallie. I'll see you laters." She said and walked out.

"I love Kori. I really do but I'm so glad she's gone."

"Why? Like her?"

"I do like her. She's been there for me through all of the shit. But I like you more."
I blushed and kissed her cheek.
"I'm still mad as fuck."

"It's. Okay."

"He made you cry.. That's never okay in my book."

"Dani. Mad him. Do anything."

"Being mad at him will do something. He doesn't deserve your nicey nice attitude baby. He should experience me for two minutes."

"Don't hurt him. Please."

"Physically? I won't. But I'm going to fuck him up emotionally."

"Promise me."

"What part of he made you cry. That's not okay. Aren't you getting."

"He did make me cry. A lot of people have now promise you won't."

"But that's different because this guy called himself your best friend."
I waited for a second to see if she'd noticed what happened.
"Baby?"

"Hi."I said.

"Did you..."

"Dani."

"Yes?"

"Will you be my girlfriend?"
She put her hands over her mouth and nodded.
"Really? Are you serious?" I asked making her nod even more. I walked over to her and gave her a tight hug.
She hugged me back and spun me around.

I squealed when my feet left the floor.
"put me down!"

"Hmm. No." She brought me down and I was in her arms bridal style.

"Daddy. I miss the floor."

"What did you call me?"

"Daddy." I said and she put me down.
"You surprised?"

"yeah. I've never been called daddy before."

"Oh. Would you rather be called papi then?"
She growled a little.
"What's wrong? Don't you like this daddy?"
She started walking out.
"Where are you going?"

"Shower." She said and kissed my forehead. She walked out and I followed her.

"But there are other people in there." I said when we got to her room.

"What else am I gonna do?"

"You could do it in here.. Or my room. I won't listen. Just take care of that."

"Whatever." She said and I walked out.

I saw Lila walking towards me.
"Hey."
I waved at her.
"Um. I was thinking about... Well you. All day."
