Zafrinas POV
Wondering why I'm wearing a grey hoodie ? Its not even mine its Lev's. He said that his cousin was coming, when I asked who he said Ryder Daniels. My first thought was. Oh Shit. Why you may ask ?

Because he's the badboy at my school. You're probably thinking Zafrina is such an idiot because Ryder doesn't even know her so he won't recognize her. Think again.

If he sees my face at the gym and we accidentally bump into each other at school, he'll know about my double-identity life. No one can know except for Levy and my Bestfriend Cassy.

*Zafrina arrives home*
I get home and immediately hit the showers. Yep. Thats my morning routine. Get up. Hit the gym. Come back home. Shower. And head to school. Thats my boring life. If it gets a little exciting, it's because Levy hit the gym with me or something like that.

I wore my superstar adidas sneakers, with black skinny jeans and a grey long sleeve that I folded at the arms. I also curled my hair and decided to not tie it and just let it down. (the picture of her outfit is at the beginning of the chapter).

I got my black back pack and slung it over one shoulder and texted Cassy to see where she was. I do have a bike to ride to school but Cassy usually picks me up in the mornings.
Cassy: hey Zaf! Won't make it in time today if I pick you up:( can u go on ur bike today.?

Me: bruh😂 ofc I can:) cya @ school..!

Cassy: Kay cya!

Ok. Great. Ryder knows what my motorcycle looks like. Theres also only one place that students with bikes are allowed to park at. Great. I just hope he doesn't find out.

I hope I don't see Ryder at the parking lot. Just my luck, I thought as I rounded the corner to school *note sarcasm* You know that saying speak of the devil and he shall appear? Well there he is, the one and only Ryder Daniels.

I parked my bike and saw him staring at my intensely. I ignored and took my helmet off then he said "yo-your her, your Pixie Blair Dame" I sighed "I am, you can't tell anyone otherwise I'll kill you, don't talk to me either, You don't know me ok? Im just that nerd that everyone bullies got it!?" I sort of snapped "You're not a nerd, you're to strong and hot to be a nerd" he said "Im not hot, Im Zafrina" oh shit. I slapped my mouth and widened my eyes. "Don't worry, I won't tell anyone about your double-identity life" he said casually. wtf. Who told him? "How do you know ?" I asked and he shrugged "Levy" he pointed out. Im gonna kill that bastard. "Relax don't kill the guy, he only told me that and how there was an accident a few years ago" ouch. That stung. The memories of that gang leader killing my siblings before my eyes all came flooding back to me like a river, it's been 5 years since they have been put to 'sleep.' 

Before I could realize, tears rolled down my cheeks. "Don't look at me. I look weak and vulnerable" I said "No you don't, you're strong" he said coming closer and wiping away my tears with his thumb.

I mumbled a thanks before going through the school corridors wondering, why was the bad boy nice ? Why'd he look like he cared? Oh well. Gotta get to class.

Hey loves..! I promise the book will get better❤️🔥 this is their first day together, forgot to mention that, even though shes a nerd, she dresses good i mean like it doesn't mean that if she's a nerd she has to dress bad. Give the girl some credit she has been through a lot.
