"Where am I?!", Zelus shot up from the bed and instantly hit his head on a lamp that was over him. Causing Zeus to wake up aswell.
"What happened? Where are we? What is going on? And why am I asking so many question?!", Zeus waffled.
A loud groan was heard from a pile of blankets and blue hair stuck out.
"I don't know. In the infirmary. I don't know either. Because you're an idiot. I hope that answered your questions.", Jaynee emerged from the blanket mess.
Wendy, who was sitting on a chair next to the bed, jumped up and fell around Jaynees neck. "I thought you'd never wake up again!"
Tears welled up in her eyes.
"Why do you care about me so much?", Jaynee asked and looked around, finding her smiling brothers.
"It doesn't matter now.", Porlyusica interrupted the conversation, "The eclipse gate has been opened and dragons are roaming around in the city."
"Dragons?!", the siblings shouted in unison.
"Yes, originally the eclipse gate was to defeat the upcoming dragon attack. But it opened a gate to the time 400 years ago. The time when dragons ruled over Fiore. But something went horribly wrong and now there are approximatly seven dragons in Crocus.", Porlyusica explained.
"We need to help!", Zelus said when the three moved out of their beds.
"You can't. You might be feeling well but you're not completly healed.", she admonished, "Someone or more like something cursed you. I think you remember the last fight from the final game?"
Jaynee looked down in shame. Zeus and Zelus nodded.
"When the shadow entered Jaynees body she was able to perform Cursed Magic. It's extremely powerful but can harm the user aswell. Thanks to Wendy she could prevent you from dying.", she pointed to the little blue haired mage.
"But how was I able to perform Cursed Magic? And why don't I remember doing such things? I feels like I got unconscious when the shadow got hold of me.", Jaynee balled her fist.
"Does it matter?", Zelus stood up, "We need to get out and help. I'm sure Fairy Tail needs us. Sabertooth needs you. I can tell that they need any help possible."
Jaynee smiled and left the room with her brothers.
"So, what exactly are we doing now?", Zeus asked when they ran in the corridor.
"I don't know what you're planning on doing but I need to find Sting and Rogue. As far as I know those two I think I should help them.", Jaynee wanted to split up when they reached the outside of the arena but Zeus held her wrist.
"Wait. You sure you want to go alone?", he asked worried.
"I am. I might be scared of what is going to happen to you two when I'm not around but I have faith in you. You need to look out for your guild. And I for mine.", she smiled and held her hand out.
Zeus and Zelus put their hands over hers.
"Be careful and good luck!", they shouted when they ran parted ways.
"I have a really bad feeling about Jaynee running around alone.", Zelus said when they saw Aether who came flying over to them. He wasn't with his friend since the last day of the Grand Magic Games because he helped out Natsu.
"Well, she has Sting and Rogue. She's in good hands. Don't worry about her.", Zeus noted when they arrived where Aether was hovering.
"Zelus! Is everything alright?!", Aether asked.
"Perfectly fine.", he smiled.
"Do you know what we should do now?", Zeus asked the winged exceed.
"Eh, yeah. There are people who you probably want to meet.", he stammered.
Meanwhile Jaynee.
"Sting! Rogue!", Jaynee shouted in the destroyed streets of Crocus.
"God dammit. I can't pick up their scent. The fire is blocking everything.", she cursed when she proceeded to run through the alleys.
"Jaynee!", she heard a familiar voice.
"Frosch!", Jaynee ran over to the little exceed, "Why are you here alone?!"
"I was looking for you. Sting said you should be wandering around somewhere.", she crawled up her shoulder.
"He knew I was well again...? And he sent you out alone in this situation?! What did Rogue say to this? I'll give him a piece of my mind when we're done with this.", with Frosch on her shoulder she got directed to her guildmates.
"Sting! Rogue!", both turned around when they heard Jaynees voice.
"Jaynee!", they pulled her into a hug.
"So glad you're well again.", Rogue said. She smiled brightly. That is something Rogue and Sting have never seen.
"As you can see we have a little problem here.", Sting pointed at the dragon, which was right at their tail.
"A real dragon...", she whispered to herself.
Back to Zeus and Zelus...
"Why does he look like me?! What is going on?!", Zeus was dumbfounded.
"Can't believe how dumb we were back then.", another man who looked like Zelus stepped out of the shadows.
"So... there is a future me here right now? Just like the future Lucy?", Zelus asked curiously.
"Awesome!", Zeus laughed. "I wonder if there is a future Jaynee too?"
The future images of Zeus and Zelus looked at each other in frustration.
"There is a future Jaynee...", future Zelus looked at the ground.
"That's so cool. Is she looking for her... herself?", Zeus asked.
"I hope not. She's done enough to all of you.", future Zelus explained.
"Just like the future Lucy we try to prevent Fiore from utter destruction and chaos.", he continued, "But not everyone from the future is here to help. The future Jaynee and Rogue killed the Lucy from our time when they tried to kill the current Lucy."
"And a future Rogue?! What was going on when we where unconscious?!", Zelus asked in disbelief.
"A lot. All future version of you appeared on the fourth day of the games already. This was the reason Lucy and Natsu weren't there the last day.", future Zeus followed up.
"Too bad you parted ways so know we have to go look for Jaynee. And we can't waste anymore time. The future Jaynee is even more devasting than the current one and a battle between the two would be fatal.", they rushed out to look for their 'sisters'.
Aether flew inbetween Zelus and Zeus and whispered: "This is totally creeping me out. And why isn't there a future me?"
The future Zelus heard that and answered: "You died 2 years ago..."
