The qualification round ofthe Grand Magic Games was finally over. Natsu, Erza, Gray, Lucy and Zeus did it. Even though they came in last. But that didn't matter to them, they qualified for the Grand Magic Games. And after years of annilation their time has come.

The team was sitting in their break room and waited for the introduction of the teams.„What's up Zeus? Sad that Zelus isn't with ya?", Lucy asked, putting her hand on his shoulder. „That's not it. The thing is that I haven't heard anything from him since our training started. He'sjust gone!", he stood up and got ready for slaying the crowds outside.

Meanwhile in the arena...

„8 teams survived the skylabyrinth have qualified for the Grand Magic Games!", the commentator said cheerfully, „ My name is Chapati Lola and with me for the games is Mr Yamija, a former member of the council! And today's special guest is the charming Jenny Realight from Blue Pegasus!". „A pleasure to be here.", Yajima said. Jenny just sat there nodding her head. „Now for the start we'll show you the teams that are participating in this years Grand Magic Games!".

„After last years results Fairy Tail gets back in the competition again!", Chapati shouted.„In the 8th place we have Natsu Dragneel, the destructive fire dragon slayer! Lucy Heartfilia, the charming celestial wizard! The probably coolest ice wizard, Gray Fullbuster! Fast as lighting is the next member... Zeus Trancis! And the toughest woman on the planet... Erza Scarlet! They are representating Fairy Tail!".

The crowds was booing when the team entered the arena. „That's one way to get welcomed...", Lucy muttered. „Don't get your spirits down!", Erza commanded.

6th Mermaid Heel

5th Blue Pegasus

4th Lamia Scale

But when the third place was announced the whole Fairy Tail guild was shocked. „In the third place we have the mysterious guild lead by Makarovs son... Raven Tail. „What are you up to Ivan?!", the team could hear Gramps shouting from the guild platform. „Gramps sounds like he's going to burst a vessel. He should trigger it down a bit...", Gray exclaimed, gaining a few chuckles from his teammates.

„The second placestakes... uhm... what... Fairy Tail Team B?", Chapati was obviously confused. Just like Fairy Tail Team A. „Representators of Fairy Tail B are Laxus Dreyar, Gajeel Redfox, Juvia Lockser, Mirajane Strauss and Zelus Trancis!"

„The hell you think you're doing?!", Natsu and Zeus shouted in unison. „Makarov said if we win you have to do what we want for a whole day.", Zelus noted grinning at his brother. „ I call dibs on Lucy so you know that!",Zelus winked at Lucy causing her to back off in disgust. To avoid further events that could turn out real bad the commentator continued.

„And in the first place we have the winner of last years tornament. The strongest guild in Fiore. Sabertooth!"

„The twin dragons slayers Sting Eucliffe and Rogue Cheney!", Rogue was wearing a slight smile. Sting in comparison threw his fists up in the air. „I don't wanna take away your pride but you look awfully ridiciulous.",Ceres snorted sporting her everlasting scowl.

„These two are accompanied by the beautiful frostfire dragon slayer, Ceres Trancis!"

„Tzz, spare me please.", she seemed utterly displeased of that comment.

„Next is the pretty yet so adorable celestial wizard, Yukino Agria."

„And last but certainly not least is the mystery man Rufus Lore!"

After that was over the guild returned to their rooms. „Oi, Zelus. Isn't it weird that this one Sabertooth girl has the same last name as you and Zeus have? And she is a frostfire dragon slayer, your mother was one too.",Aether, Zelus' exceed, asked. „Huh, oh yeah. I don't know. Maybe just a coincidence. „Coincidence you say, aye?", Aether sat down next to his friend.
