A week has passed and I just came back from the hospital and have the cast on my foot and arm removed. Besides from the still visible bruise that covered most of my right hip, no more other traces was left from last weeks happenings.

Not much have changed. After what happened I thought Ethan would've been more caring or mature, but no. He's still as demanding and stubborn as ever and a little bit more... of an a-hole.

"I said you can't go to school today!" Ethan exclaimed once he reached 'our' table.

See what I'm talking about.

"And I said no." I said calmly.

"We've talked about this." He said with a defeated sigh.

"You 'talked', I listened, but that doesn't mean I will 'obey'." I emphasized. I was about to stand up and fall in line to order my food when he pushed me back down by my shoulders.

"I'll get your lunch." With that he walked away, a couple minutes later the guys sat down along with Jack.

"Well, well, well. Look who we got here," Jack started with a raise of an eyebrow, "You disappeared for a week and show up just now, not to mention it's just the start of the school year."

"Yeah, where have you been, aye?" Seb asked like a pirate.

"There's been an accident, 'I've' been to an accident. This past week I have my arm and foot in a cast." All guys nodded in understanding but not Jack.

"Did you get hit by a car or something?" Jack asked as a tray of food was placed in front of me.

"Eat up." I looked up at Ethan who look annoyed and back to the variety of food he got for me.

"I can't finish all of this." I said and pointed to the food.

"Yes you can." Ethan stated like it's the most obvious thing in the world.

"Why are you forcing her to eat all of that." And that's Jack.

"I'm not, but truth to be told.. she can finish that."

"Why do you think so?" That doesn't seem like a question from Jack but nonetheless Ethan answered him.

"Because she eats a lot."

"Are you calling her a pig?"

"Nope, you're the one who said that."

"I was just stating what you're making her feel like."

"Are you saying, she's a total pig?" Ethan taunted.

"Of course not! You are!" Once again ladies and gentleman a staring contest started.

"Are you two done?" I said chewing on my third and last slice of pizza as all eyes turned to me.

"You know you don't have to finish all of that right?" Jack asked 'me'.

"Yes, she will." Ethan countered. I rolled my eyes at the both of them and put the remaining food inside my bag which consists of mango yogurt, an apple, 3 brownies -in a plastic bag- a can of root beer a big pack of Oreo, a pack of chocolate cookies, and a box of what seems to be frozen strawberries and gelato. I stood up and walk away but not before stealing the strawberry cupcake on Ethan's tray.

"See what I mean." I can just imagine the triumphal smirk on Ethan's face as he said that before I exited the cafeteria.

I avoided the both of them for the rest of the day.

Or that's what I thought, as I limp my way to the principals office when I'm supposed to be on my last period.

"Andrea, it's so nice for you to join us here." Mr. Craff welcomed me to his office.

"Very." I gritted with a fake smile as I saw Ethan -who is smiling- sitting on the chair in front of the principals table.

"I know you're well aware about the fire alarm earlier, right?" He asked although he seemed to know the answer so I just nodded before he beckoned me to sit down.

"Ethan said you're his babysitter." That's it, he dropped the bomb. I looked at Ethan who is sitting beside me with an innocent smile.

"What the fuck?" I whispered at him and he just shrugged.

"He won't tell anyone." He whispered back like we're the only ones inside the room.

"Yes! I won't. Not until you both pay for what you did!" Mr. Craff almost yelled. Almost.

"Both?" I asked confused.

"Yes, Andrea. The both of you." Mr. Craff stated.

"What? why?"

"You're his babysitter, Mr.Dolan hired you to look after his immature son, in which you failed to do so." With that he looked at Ethan who is wearing a sheepish smile.

"You're right. Mr.Crap." Both mine and Mr.Craps-- ehem.. Craff's eyes widen.

"That's it! you will serve as coach Erwin's adviser after classes and you will clean after the baseball team, that means carrying the bats, balls, gloves back to their places everyday after practice. And you both will start today. And I don't think your father," he turned to Ethan, "Mr.Dolan," then turned to me before continuing, "Will be happy if he heard about his son and the supposedly babysitter is 'both' in trouble." Without further ado, he practically kicked us out of his office and told us to go to the field since classes are over.

"This is your fault." I pouted.

"Oh look who's talking to me now!" Ethan said, faking surprise.

"Why did you even involve me in your mess?" I asked annoyed.

"Because..."

"What?"

"You ain't talking to me." He said as he crossed his arms across his -chiseled- chest and pouted like a five year old.

"That's it?!" I exclaimed even more annoyed at his immaturity.

"Yes!" He even added a 'hmp' in the end before he walked ahead of me.

That. Immature. Little. Brat.

We made our way towards the field and saw the guys already stretching and of course the coach, coach Erwin. Insert a big sigh.

Oh no! I don't hate him! I just have this 'very' mild feeling towards him that's far from love since 'He' bumped into 'me' this morning and he looked at me like I'm Shrek or something and made me pick up the papers scattered around, not to mention I'm limping.

"Christopher told me about you being my assistant." Coach Erwin said, with respect as he said the principals name.

Yeah right😑

"Adviser." I corrected him and he rolled his eyes at me.

"Get the bats missy." He deadpanned. I looked at coach with a sour face but wouldn't dare argue when:

"I'll get it." Ethan 'volunteered' as I whistled the tune of hunger games and both of them turned to me.

"What?" I asked.

"Go. Get. It." I was about to turn around and go to the locker room if Ethan didn't held me by my shoulders.

"I said, I'll get it." Since I don't want to go to the principals office once again, I told the both of them that I'll get it much to Ethan's protest.

"See? she's a big girl." Coach Erwin mocked as I turned around.

I successfully got the bag of bats from the tall cupboard -which is heavy if you ask me, but today just doesn't seem to be my lucky day.

Because the bag has a big hole in it.

And guess what?

Something very cliché happened.

One of the wooden bats fell down to my foot.

And to be precise...

And more cliché.

The foot that was just removed from the cast.

FML😑
