Nat's POV
I went home and immediately called Hannah.

"Yo what's up?" Hannah replied.

"Can you come over?" I asked.

"Sure." Hannah replied and ended the call.

She came over about five minutes later and I rushed her into my room.

"What's up?" Hannah asked, clearly concerned.

"I'm going to et straight to the point. I like Chris. A lot." I took a deep breath.

Hannah smiled. "I knew it."

"How? Does anybody else know?" I asked, panicked.

"No. I'm your best friend Nat. I now that look." She shrugged.

"What should I do?" I asked.

"Make a move. Honestly, the whole school loves her and worships her. If you don't make a move soon, somebody else is going to take her away from you." Hannah smiled again.

"Who would?" I asked.

"Well, a little birdy told me that she had her eye on Jade for a while. But not anymore." Hannah explained.

"No way." I shook my head.

"Yes way." Hannah nodded. "So don't be a little bitch and make a move!"

"All right." I smiled.

"Now how are you going to do it?" Hannah asked, suddenly excited.

"Umm the usual way, I'm going to ask her in a date. It's not like I'm proposing to her or something. I want to keep it on the down low and pretty chill." I said.

"Like Netflix and chill?" Hannah wiggled her eyebrows.

"God no." I chuckled.

"Well go get 'em tiger." She pat, moe like slapped, me on the back.

"And please keep this a secret. I mean I really don't want anyone to know just yet." I said.

"Sure. Whatever you want just get the girl will ya?" Hannah asked.

"I'll try but I don't think she likes me back and I don't want to ruin the friendship and what if she goes around spreading rumors and-"

"Stop. You're gonna be fine. Have you seen the way she looks at you?" Hannah cut me off.

"N... No." I get out.

"Heart eyes all the way."

"No way."

"Yes way. And you're just oblivious to it."

"No I'm not!"

"Yeah but you didn't notice the eyes did ya? The eye are the... Something... To the soul."

"Gateway?" I laughed at Hannah's antics.

"Yes. Something like that." She replied.

We talked and caught up on a couple of things because I've been spending so much time with Chris I forgot to spend time with my other friends and I felt like I neglected them.
