London.
I sat in my room, working on calculus homework and thinking about Blade. She was so violent sometimes. I heard a ring at the doorbell, and somehow knew it was her. I raced down the stairs and opened the door.
"Hey!" I said, flinging my arms around her.
"H-hi," she stuttered, off guard.
"What's up?"
"Can we talk?"
"Sure," I said, shutting the door behind her and leading her to my room. She took a deep breath.
"I like you," she said, looking nervous and innocent.I laughed, and she looked appalled.
"Why are you laughing?"
"I know you like me. That's why we're best friends."
"No. I-I really like you."
"Okay..."
"You make me happy and calm and you make all the pain go away."
"Blade I don't understand."
"I'm in love with you god dammit!" She screamed, "I'm in love with you and I cant help it. Yes I'm a lesbian. Yes I want to kiss you and hold you and love you and I don't want you to go and I'm sorry but I just I'm so sorry I love you."I just stared at her as she lost it. She grabbed my face and kissed me hard on the mouth. I was shocked, but enjoyed it. She tasted like fire. I was about to kiss back when she pulled away.
"I need to go. I'm sorry," she whispered, and sprinted out the door.
I watched her leave, not daring to follow.
