Brandon POV
after reading that letter from Callie, I just sat on my bed holding the letter in my hands, reading it over and over again. My phone kept beeping, Talya was still trying to contact me but I just kept hitting ignore. after awhile of trying to make sense of this letter, I heard a knock on the door. Talya was coming in my room, so I quickly shoved the letter in my back pocket.
Talya- hey
Brandon- hey
Talya- I've been calling and texting you for days what's going on?
Brandon- sorry there's just been a lot going on right now
Talya- I know and I want to help you, but you keep shutting me out
Brandon- honestly Talya I don't think you can help me
Talya- look I know your probably upset about Callie leaving the whole family is worried but...
Brandon- upset! I am way beyond upset! Callie is gone, she's gone! she just left without even saying goodbye to anyone! oh but yeah I guess I should be grateful because she left me this letter! a letter that just makes me more angry every time I read it! how could she say all these things to me and not give me a chance to say anything back!
Talya just stood there taken way off guard
Talya- Oh my God, you are completely in love with her
Brandon- what? no!
Talya- Brandon come on, you would not be this upset if Callie meant nothing to you
Brandon sighs
Brandon- look... I should have never gotten back together with you, knowing how I felt about Callie, I just thought that Callie didn't care and if we got back together things would be the way they were before, but there not really, are they?
Talya- no I guess not
Brandon- I'm so sorry
Talya- me too
Callie POV
I can't believe how low I had sunk, I was really about to go through with this. I had spent the afternoon getting advice from the other girls, they had lined up a job for me tonight. I was so nervous, I just kept telling my self just get through it one time Callie then you will have enough money to get by until you get a real job.
Becca came over to me
Becca- got your first job lined up, he's right over there, and he pays really well
Callie- okay
Becca- ready
Callie nods her head and starts to walk towards the stranger
