They arrived back later to Gone, Avi on the verge of passing out and Destiny driving in and out of consciousness.

They headed back to the house, Kevin eventually holding the injured and finding a shortcut.

When they arrived back at the house, the set Avi on the living room table, back facing everyone, and Destiny on the couch.

"What do we do?" Jeremy asked, kneeling down to keep Avi awake as fear of losing him from blood loss.

"Well we gotta get the cuffs off." Kirstie explained, pointing towards Avi's hands and Destiny's waist.

"But how?" Mitch exclaimed, moving his hair from his face and sighing.

"We gotta find something strong enough to tear or break through the metal." Kevin told them.

"But the only thing that can rip through something like this is something razor sharp." Scott scolded, grabbing two rags and wetting them with cold water before placing them on their foreheads.

The five of them continued to find a solution while Avi struggled to stay awake.

"D-destiny?" Avi stuttered, attempting to turn his head to glance at her.

"Hmm?" She replied, keeping her eyes closed.

"You gotta do it. You..." Avi started before pausing to take a deep breath in and continue.

"You gotta get out of it. Come on..." Avi trailed off before passing out, capturing the attention of the rest and causing them to run over to him and wake him up.

Destiny opened her eyes, standing up and walking over to the now unconscious Avi, and placing her hands on his back.

She focused, ignoring the pain that happened to be running through her body, and the cries for her to lay back down from the others.

Her eyes changed into their gray color, and one by one, the wounds closed, leaving thin lines of scars.

Avi regained consciousness and groaned, turning around. He caught Destiny as she fell forward, her heart beating out of her chest, yet she was breathing shallow and unconscious.

Avi picked her up and carried her to her room to lay her down, lightly closing the door behind him and walking back out to the living room.

"We're so glad you're alright Av," Kevin stated, hugging him then pushing back to scold him.

"What made you think that going back to the city would be a good idea?!" Kevin shouted, earning a few shushes which caused them to step outside.

"I had to see them one more time. At least once." Avi retorted, crossing his arms and rolling his eyes.

"But you could've gotten yourself killed." Mitch mentioned, placing a hand on his hip and blowing the hair out of his face.

"But I didn't get killed did I?" Avi sassed, walking off to avoid the conversation.

Kevin rolled his eyes and changed the subject.

"So...when are you guys birthdays?" Kevin questioned, sitting down on a nearby boulder and crossing his arms over his chest.

"Well what day is it?" Jeremy asked, stretching.

"I believe it's the 24th of... July." Kevin answered.

"Oh my gosh! It's my birthday!" Mitch squealed, jumping up and down in a happy manner.

They all chimed in to sing Happy Birthday to him, Mitch smiling the whole time.

"So whatcha wanna do for today?" Scott asked, wrapping his arm around Mitch's shoulders.

"Well I wanna cut this mop off," He motioned towards his hair.
"But I also wanna spend time with you." He stated intertwining his fingers with Scott's.

"Well that's just what's gonna happen.

Scott and Mitch walked back down to the beach where the bonded, agreeing that it was their special place to hang out together.

"How does having so hair feel?" Scott asked, rubbing Mitch's head.

"Amazing." Mitch answered, sighing and laying down in the sand next to him.

"Mitch, why are we meant to be?" Scott asked, grabbing Mitch's hand.

"I don't know," he started. "Do you feel like we shouldn't be?" Mitch questioned, his voice laced with worry.

"No, no! I love being with you," He started. "I just don't know how I ended up so lucky to be with you." Scott stated, smiling a little.

"Aww. You're too sweet." Mitch cooed, sitting up to look at Scott.

"Well you do bring out the best in me." Scott smiled and pecked Mitch's lips, learning a smile from him.

They layed back down and stared up at the sky, happy that they had one another.
