It wasn't until the next day that I got my questioning. I told them all that they asked, with some added things thrown in.

"And he has touched you?" the guy questioning me asked.

"No, sir. Not yet." I replied.

"So you think you'll encounter him again?"

"I don't just think, I know. He seems to have an interest in me."

"Have you seen him before this encounter?"

"Yes, but I can't be sure if it was him. He was standing beside my car outside of the bar I frequent."

"What did he say to you?"

I paused, trying to remember. "Nothing but riddles."

The guy wrote down some things and looked back at me. "Is that all?"

"Yes."

"Alright, thank you very much. We'll keep you posted on the case, and if you see him again, don't hesitate to call 911 or just the police in general."

I smiled at him, standing and shaking his hand. "I'll keep that in mind, thanks," and with that, I walked out of the room and went back to my work.

The rest of the month was pretty uneventful, but I was ready when the full moon rolled around. Before sunset, I gathered all of my stuff and set off for the woods. Once I reached the area, I stepped out of the car and wrapped the chain around my chest as armor.

I grabbed my bow and my quiver full of arrows. I also grabbed my camera, which I hid in a special pocket of my camo jacket, so that they wouldn't know I was filming them. Werewolves were probably smart enough to know what a camera looked like.

I locked my car and began my trek through the woods to get to the place where the last murder took place. I didn't have a roost this time, since that didn't work. I was just standing there, looking everywhere, ready for anything.

It didn't take too long for the sun to set, and soon the sky had darkened. I readied my bow and waited. It wasn't long until I heard noises that definitely weren't from any normal animals. Fearless, I decided to taunt them, just to make sure they knew where I was.

"Here I am, beasts! Come and get me!" I taunted. With this silver chain, I felt braver, because I knew I was safe.

I heard a bark in retort to what I said, and the bark was echoed by others. They came from all around, and I began to get a little nervous. I made sure my camera was on, because I had a feeling that this might be suicide.

They were surrounding me again, and as a threat I just fired an arrow blindly into the forest. Someone was obviously amused, because I heard wicked laughter. I caught my breath when I saw a pair of yellow eyes staring straight at me. I quickly fired another arrow, and the eyes vanished.

I heard a twig snap from behind me and I whipped around. There, standing just a foot away from me was a seven foot tall werewolf. Its cold yellow eyes stared down at me, and I felt powerless. I was so intimidated that I dropped my bow.

It smiled at my fear and took a step closer. I frantically took a step back, but something tripped me and I fell down. The beast bent over me and slowly reached out its claw. I closed my eyes, I knew this was the end. It was going to rip my head off.

Instead, I felt its claw on my chest as it grabbed my chain. I opened my eyes and saw as the silver didn't burn it at all. I gasped when it lifted me off the ground. That demented smile never left its face. It pulled me close and I could smell its putrid breath.
