Chapter Sixteen

Phil's P.O.V.

     I walk into Dan's room with him. He sits down on his bed and pats next to him slightly, gesturing for me to sit next to him. I'm sitting closer to his pillows while he sits closer to the end of the bed. Dan looks kind of...nervous.

"So, uh, Phil..." He begins to speak looking down at his hands. What's up with him?

"Yes...are you ok?" I wonder if he's ok. He seems distracted

"I...um...well we..." His words are either tangled or forgotten. I'm getting pretty worried.

"Dan, please just tell me what's going on." I try to sound as calming as possible and place a hand on his shoulder. He looks me into the eyes.

"Well, it's not exactly going on right now, and well, after this I don't think they'll be much to say."

Before I can respond he grabs the back of my head pulling it to his. I feel Dan's warm lips collide into mine. I'm taken by surprise at first but close my eyes and give in. He lets go of my head the places the hand to my cheek as I place my hand upon his shoulder. The kiss seems to last a while until it's suddenly broken by him pushing me causing me to land on top of the pillows looking up at him. I blush which probably is a mad shade of red while I can see a slight glow of pink on his face. I smile up at him and pull him into another kiss. I grab the bottom of his shirt and slowly pull it up. Dan begins to take it off while I take off mine. When he tries to kiss me again I flip him over leaving me on top and him on bottom. We kiss again and it lasts longer than the other two before that we had before. I eventually get off him which allows Dan to sit up. He hands me my shirt back and we both put them back on. After he rests his head against upon my shoulder. I smile and reach for his hand taking it into mine.

"So, what was it you were saying?" I ask him resting my head on top of his.

"That I have feelings for you." He lets out a small laugh. Dan is so adorable yet hot at the same time.

"Well, did you even need to be nervous or worry?"

"No...I guess not. Hey Phil, why'd you call me 'bear' back there?"

"Because I wanted a cute nickname to call you."

"I like it, lion."

"And I like lion, bear."

     A soft giggle comes out from Dan.

"So, um, do you want to be my boyfriend?" I smile watching him do as well.

"Of course." I wrap my arm around his shoulders and pull him into a hug. Never have I felt so happy with Dan.
