KevEdd: After the years have past.

Not without a fight.

Walking into Kevin's house hurt edd more than ever. All the memories and of Kevin holding him and cooking for him. All the kisses and his first time we're all here. Edd grabbed a few things and left a post it note on the dresser. "I am sorry. Please let me explain. I love you. -Edd" before he could walk away he seen one of Kevin's shirts, picked it up and laid there on the bed crying until drifting off to sleep.

After a few hours Edd woke up and made his leave. He dropped all of his stuff off at his house and told Issac "I'm going to visit an old friend. You can stay here for the next few days but do not get comfortable you will be leaving, after you explain to Kevin you kissed me and I did not kiss you!" Edd slammed the door behind him and walked toward the cemetery.

Walking up to the gravestone Edd blurted out, "It's been a while Ed.. I miss you buddy. I wish you were here. I need you to tell me it's all okay. I'm so sorry, if I could take it back I would've been here every weekend and every holiday. I miss you so much." clenching his first Edd tried not to cry. "He knew you were busy. He didn't think you were mad at him sock head. Ed loved you to the last minute of his life. He missed you so much. Ain't that right lumpy?" Eddy said from behind Edd.

Eddy pushes passed Edd and placed some new batteries into the lights around Eds stone. "Eddy, you're.. I didn't know you were here.. I can go" Edd stumbled over his words. "No it's fine. He'd like having you here. I am here everyday so I'm sure he's tired of my voice. It's good to see you Double d." Eddy said sitting in the ground and pulling out his sack lunch. He set some toast on Eds grave. "You can sit and eat with us if you'd like Man" eddy said offering half his turkey Blt. "You look like crap you wanna tell me why?" he said taking a bite of his own half.

Edd was so surprised, Eddy seemed so different then when they were kids and in college. Edd sat down across from him. "Kevin hates me, Eddy. You should have seen his eyes. So full of hatred and anger." Edd began to tell Eddy. "From what I heard from Nazz he was just super hurt. Give him time he will come around." Eddy told him. "Maybe you're right. I'll get him back!" Edd said determined. "Jimmy and Sarah are having an anniversary dinner the day Kevin's out of the hospital... If you'd like to come.. Maybe talk to Kevin. Try to explain yourself? He might be a shovel chinned jerk but he seems to really like ya sock head. Make it right. Don't leave it like this. Don't go down without a fight." Eddy told him standing up and cleaning off the gave stone. "I'm off to work. See you at Eds old house for the party sock head." He said before heading to his truck.

"I'll be there!" Edd yelled back. Standing up and heading and to his house. He got to the door and seen Nazz's car was there. He was startled and a little confused. He opened his front door and walked in. "Nazz? Why are you in my house..?" He asked. "You really hurt him Double D. He is crushed. You need to pull your head out of your ass! You need to make this right. Either fix it with Kevin or you need to leave Peach creek. You can't keep doing me this to him." She told him. "Choose wisely Edd." She whispers as she left the house.

Edd walked upstairs and laid in his bed. "I'm going to make it right. I love him. We belong here, together." Edd thought to himself. "I know what I have to do!" He said out loud. He was in for a big day tomorrow so he headed off to bed. "I'll get you back Kevin. I will no matter what." Edd thought as his eyes shut and he went to sleep.
