Nothing added up. Every new detail started to conflict with itself, making her question everything. Where was she really? Why didn't the nurse hear her when she screamed? Why was she to be held here for a week only for it to be abruptly changed?

These questions entertained her mind to keep it off the grandest question of all. What truly happened that prom night?

Let's start with what we know.

She told herself softly. You were in a red... No black... Blue dress? Wow.. You can't even remember that! Anyway... Let's see... It was cold, bitter cold. You went alone, turning down a few offers to go as friends. Then, you went out on the balcony to.. To... Wait... Why? Why were you out there? That was something go you couldn't put your finger on. You just seemed to wonder... Drawn. Wait, new question. Why didn't you have a date? Sure you weren't popular, but you cleaned up well. Surly someone would have asked you... Why didn't they? They were all scared off by your beauty! Ha! Wait... Scared.. Scared... Had something scared them? What was it?

Then, that force that lured her out was surrounding her again and her soft skin felt warm.. So warm... What was that feeling?

Lauren's head tipped up as the feeling trailed down her neck in slow lingering kisses.. Wait, kisses?!

In an instant her eyes flew open and she found herself pinned down, then under strong hands that held hers to rather side of her head. Panicked eyes went wider as she looked up into Cody's face. "No..."

He just laughed then smacked her butt lightly. The tubs gone along with the hospital setting.

She was in a king sized bed, blue sheets around her small frame that was showed off with the same nightgown. Wanting to scream, she couldn't find her voice as she looked at the wall. The same wall from before. She was in the same place. It was all a trap.

But how could one plan something do much, just for her?

"Please... No..." She cried out as his hands slid across her skin, then one to her inner thigh. "Please!" She sobbed, then he stopped.

"Shh, don't fear. I wouldn't dare hurt my pet." He cooed soothingly in her ear.

"Pet?" She screeched, then touched her neck. Sure enough, a leather collar encircled her. Her sobs increased even more starting to rack her small frame.

"Please, don't worry. It's just a collar. You may take it off."

He whispered lightly to soothe her and instantly she was removing the wretched thing.

"Day one." He purred into get ear, then resumed his soft kisses. It wasn't long before he pulled away then left. Humming softly. Lauren got out of bed and looked at the door. Or course he would lock her in. She didn't even try it.

Glancing around the room, she was shocked. Everything seemed picture perfect. Hand carved cherry wood furnishings and floors with gray stone walls. She moved to the wardrobe and opened it.

Clothes. Her size...

A gasp escaped Lauren's lips. This was planned. All planned.

Her entire body started to shake as she went through the clothing choices. Dresses, all dresses. Beautiful dresses nevertheless. Everything seemed fit for a princess almost. By almost, there was an extensive array of lingerie choices.

She grabbed a blue silky number then started to put it on. Deciding that this was better than the black night slip. Just as she finished, the door opened and he was back with a tray of food. Sitting it on the bed, he moved to scoop her up.

"Your so beautiful. Truly. My Lauren. My one and only true love. My life and joy." He cooed to her, and for some reason, she couldn't snap at him but only snuggle into his chest.

"You will let me go at the end of the week?" She whispered brokenly.

"Don't assume you'll want to leave so fast. But... Yes. I'd let you go." He whispered. "I know how much you hate me. But I love you dearly. I just don't know how to show you that."

"Die and to hell." She snarled, finding her edge again and pulling away from him.

For some reason, he laughed happily. "Done and done."
