The rebellious child (Percabeth+ fan fiction)

Chapter 1:

As suspected Annabeth graduated college, but surprisingly with a lot of help from Annabeth so did Percy!

Annabeths POV
As I looked online to see that I obviously aced all my exams I saw Percy in the corner of my eye running down the hallway. He stopped to catch his breath and said
"Annabeth!! Guess what, guess what, guess what!!!"
"What?" I asked
" I passed!!!!!!!" Percy yelled
"Congrats!" I said
Percy started running around yelling" I passed" as I packed our bags to move to a home in New Rome.

3 weeks later, they found a house and were situated!

Percy's POV
I knew today was the day. I woke up, got ready to go and left a note to Annabeth saying I was going to work, I am a Marine Biologist, but really I was going to get a ring to propose to Annabeth. I know, I know, you probably thought if we're sleeping together we were already married, but no, I was going to propose today! After all, it was our 4.5 year anniversary of dating! I got dressed and headed to the nearest ring shop, it was only a couple blocks away from our house in New Rome, it was still in New Rome, which was good, cause I didn't need to be in a monster fight today.
2 hours later
I have my ring and it's perfect. I went home and hid it from Annabeth. She was still asleep so I went upstairs quietly and took the note away, then I made coffee and breakfast and walked upstairs.
"Good Morning Annabeth! " I said before giving her a kiss and giving her the food
"Aww! Thank you Percy! Happy 4 year, 6 month dating anniversary!" Annabeth smiled delighted
"Your welcome" I said getting in bed with her. "Tonight I'm taking you out to dinner, and I have a special treat!" I smiled
"Ok. " Annabeth smiled
That night
Annabeths POV
I got dressed and decided to wear a dress with silver sequins on the top and it had a poofy black skirt bottom. I put my hair in a bun with a ribbon around it and wore black flats. Then put on some makeup and headed downstairs to a very handsome Percy.
" Well you look gorgeous!" Percy smiled taking my hand as we headed to the car
"Aww! Thanks Percy! You look handsome yourself!!" I said getting in the car after Percy opened the door.
At the restaurant
Percy took me to my favorite restaurant and got reservations. He pulled the chair back so I could sit in it. What a gentleman! The waiter took our orders and we ate talking about different things and then Percy and I split a milkshake.
"I love you Annabeth" Percy said
"I love you too" I said
"I love your three" He said
"I love you four" I said
"I love you more" he said
" I doubt that, but just know your the best boyfriend in the world." I said
"Thanks Wise Girl! Your the best girlfriend in the world!" He said
We continued talking for awhile and then Percy had to use the restroom. He excused himself and off he went.
Percy's POV
I didn't actually have to use the bathroom, I wanted to freshen up so I looked nicer to propose. I freshened up and walked back to the table.
"So, Annabeth, I've been thinking-" Annabeth cut me off
"Uh oh, I'm just joking, continue" she said
" I've been thinking and I think you should change your name."
"What? Why? What's wrong with my name?" She asked
"Specifically your last name" I said
"Why?" She asked
I smirked and walked away
"Percy! Come back!" She said
I then turned around and landed on one knee in front of her, everyone began to cheer and stared in awe.
" Annabeth, will you marry me?" I asked
Annabeth covered her mouth in awe and then replied " Absolutely!! Yes to the yes!" Annabeth said smiling. Everyone in the restaurant began to cheer.
We left the restaurant and went home. It was late so we went to bed. I ended the night with a long kiss and we fell asleep.
