Percy's POV
This wasn't the first I had it with Annabeth, but this time she wanted to try and get pregnant. Her friend was visiting that month, if you know what I mean. And after we were very tired, so we put some clothes on and fell asleep. Afterwards, Annabeth went to the bathroom and peed on the pregnancy stick. It turned out positive and we were so happy!
"CONGRATS ANNIE!" I said
"I'm so happy!" She said
In celebration we went out for ice cream! We had always wanted children, and so we already had a 4 bedroom house. Apparently there was this new car seat that turned into all the car seats, so we went ahead and bought that. We just bought things we would need here and there and put it in the room for him or her.
3 months later
Annabeths POV
I began to feel sore only 3 months being pregnant, and I asked Percy to drive me to an ultrasound. He didn't refuse and so I put on sweatpants, a sweatshirt and my hair in a messy bun. Then 10 more minutes later we were there.
"I love you Percy" I smiled
"I love you more!" He smiled
We walked inside and waited about 10 minutes, then the doctor came.
"Hello Annabeth! Come on back!" The doctor guided us back.
"Would you mind laying done on the table?" She asked
"Absolutely!" I said
"I'm going to rub this gel on your stomach, I see it's not very big, and then rub this monitor on and take pictures" she said rubbing the gel
"Ok! It's kind of cold" I said
" yeah, a little bit" she said taking the pictures
"I'm so happy!" I said to Percy
"As am I" he replied happily
The doctor looked at the pictures then said "I'm happy to say Mrs. Chase your having twins! It's a little too soon to tell the gender, but I'll see you in 2 more months!" She said
"Percy, did you hear that? Twins!!" I said very happily
" I know Annie!! Congrats!!" Percy said
Then we went shopping for more clothes for the babies and I!
2 months later
Percy's POV
It had been 5 months now, that Annabeth had been pregnant, she had a decent sized stomach now and she was craving the weirdest things, like pickles and cheese. Speaking of what she's craving I'm actually at the grocery store buying diapers, baby clothes, and food right now. I purchased everything, and then went home to find Annabeth trying to put jeans on.
"Annabeth, I don't mean to call you fat, but I don't think those jeans are going to fit." I said
"Dang it. I have to wear more of those mothering pants. They aren't very comfy... At least around my stomach there not." She said
"It's time for your doctors appointment, let's go" I said as Annabeth carefully walked down the stairs and into the car.
"Alright." She said as I started driving there
10 minutes later we arrived
"After you" I said opening the door
"Thank you, kind sir" she smiled
"Your welcome" I said
"Welcome back Annabeth, Percy! Come on back!" She said leading us to room 3 " Annabeth, you can go ahead and lay down" the doctor said rubbing the gel on Annabeths stomach after she lifted her shirt up and got out the monitor. "I'm happy to say it's one boy, and one girl!! And there healthy!!" The doctor said
"Yay!! Congrats Annabeth!! " I said happily
" I'm so glad!! We get one boy name and one girl name!!" Annabeth said excitedly!
Then we went shopping for comfy clothes for Annabeth, boy and girl clothes, and more things babies need, like a baby monitor!
3 months later
Annabeths POV
"Percy!" I yelled as I was in lots of pain, trying to put pants on.
"Yes honey!"
"Help me down the stairs, and then it's time for another sonogram!" I yelled
"Absolutely!" He said helping me down the stairs and into the car.
10 minutes later we were there and Percy got me a wheelchair. They wheeled me to room 3 and helped me up onto the table. My doctor rubbed the gel on and took pictures. It took around 15 minutes then she gave the results. They were just about fully developed and they were healthy as ever! That made me happy, so that night Percy and I came up with a list of good boy and girl names! I was the odd number for choices and Percy was even. We really liked the middle name Grace, but for no reason, just because it's pretty.
Girl: 1. Savannah Grace, 2. Annie Grace, 3. Lily Grace, 4. Gracelynn/Grace/Gracie, 5. Daylyn Grace, 6. Naomi Ann, and 7. Jillian Grace
Boy: 1. Samuel John, 2. Alexander Jace, 3. Liam Perseus, 4. Javy John/JJ, 5. Daniel James, 6. Nicholas Parker, and 7. James Parker
We came up with a lot of names and made sure that they started with the same letter, cause I wanted too.
"I love all the names" I said
"So do I!" Percy agreed
1 week later
"Percy! I think my water just broke!" I yelled as contractions got more painful
"What! Coming! Wait, do you need an ambulance?" he yelled
"Yes!" I screamed
"Alright, one sec" he said before calling 911 "they are on there way!" He yelled to me before running up the stairs to hold my hand.
"Let's get you downstairs."
Percy said to me carefully walking me down the steps slowly as the ambulance got closer.
"Alright, there here, I'll go open the door" Percy said
The doctors rushed in with a gurney and lowered it down so they could put me on it, then brought it back up and put me in the ambulance as I screamed on the way to the hospital.
"It HURTS!" I yelled as the contraction were about 4 minutes apart now.
"It's ok, Wise Girl, your brave" Percy said trying to be encouraging.
"You can squeeze my hand as hard as you need" he said trying it be nice
"Thanks." I said
Then they rushed me into a hospital room and doctors came running in. My contractions now 2 minutes apart and I was 8 centimeters dilated. I couldn't handle the pain, so they gave me medication and then they hooked me up to the machines and things and I squeezed Percy's hand .
