"AH, well if it isn't Star Butterfly! The magical princess with a stupidly colorful wand!" Bill mocked, turning around to see the determined little girl.

"G-Get out of his MIND BILL!" She said a little hesitantly, her wand shaking in between her hands. She was scared, of course, but she somewhat felt safer around Marco's conscious.

Bill looked over at the boy. "Hey, I gave you those nachos for a reason, karate boy. Now scat!"

Marco readied himself in the traditional starting position. "Not this time, Bill!" He said.

Bill laughed maniacally. "Do you honestly think you can stop me?! I'm the most powerful demon in the world, NOTHING CAN STOP ME!"

Star blasted her wand to his face, but he quickly stopped it with the touch of his finger. "So childish, my dear Hearts. Even for someone as powerful as you!" He laughed at her mistake, causing her to get even more angry.

"Why do you want to do this?! Why pick Marco?" Star asked, tears starting to form in her eyes. She pointed the wand at him again and started another spell, but with the swish of his hand it was knocked off of her palms. She stood there in silence as he slowly walked closer to her with a devilish smile. He softly touched her chin.

"Hearts, ya can't stop me. No matter what you do. No one can stop me. Not even your puny little wand! I suggest you go back to where you came from before you do some SERIOUS damage to your—," He was interrupted by a kick in the face delivered by Marco. Bill dropped to the floor, holding his face as the princess grabbed her wand again.

"Thanks Marco!" She said before reciting another spell. "RUSHING WATER WHALE EXPLOSION!" Just then, water and whales shot out of her wand, pushing both Bill and Marco out of the room. Star ran outside and held the wand in front of Bill's face.

"Not so powerful now, huh?" She smirked before blasting a simple spell onto his face. As he was distracted, she grabbed Marco and locked them both inside the control room.

"Okay, Marco, the spell I put Bill in will only last for 5 minutes, so work your magic!" Star said, pushing him up to the keyboard.

Marco cracked his knuckles and instantly got to work. He went to different files indicating memories and important people in his life. He clicked on a specific file that said "Dreamworld" and opened it up, revealing many dreams that the boy had. Marco clicked on the black and white dream and deleted the dream from existence, which would erase Bill from ever entering his brain.

"Now all I have to do is go into the recycling bin and delete it for good!" Marco's conscious said.

"Great! Now hurry, PLEASE!" Star said, barricading the door with various objects. She knew that Bill woke up from his jellybean trance and was ready to fight the two.

"C'mon, Hearts, LET ME IN!" He yelled, turning the doorknob frantically. Star, used all of her strength to not let him in, but he was stronger. Right before Marco's conscious deleted the dream forever, he barged into the room and threw the boy out of his seat.

"Woah, that was a CLOSE one! Can you imagine what would've happened?! I mean, utter chaos," Bill said, laughing at their misfortune.

Star and Marco looked at each other with angry eyes. They were not going to let him take over Marco's mind.

Marco woke up still on the concrete from where he fell. The girl was long gone, most like looking for help. He stood himself up from the ground, realizing that he had his suit back on. He panicked and quickly ran away from the horrible area. Many people noticed the familiar costume that would be present at night. They stood back as they saw the murderer run from whatever place he was, but Marco didn't care where he was going. He just needed to get out of there.

He stopped at the green light, letting passing drivers go by their night.

"HEY! You there!" A guy pointed at Marco. He looked at him and felt sick to his stomach. He was going to get caught!

"YOU KILLED MY SON!" He said, walking across the street.

Marco ran as fast as he could back to his house. He could not let this man send him to jail, even if "his" actions deserve it. He jumped in a bush and removed his clothes, trying his best not to get poked by any of the surrounding thorns. He hid his suit in a safe place and walked to the other side of the sidewalk, dressed in the white shirt, and black pants.

I'll get the rest of my stuff later, he thought.

The man looked everywhere for him, but all he could see was a young boy going home. A tear fell down his face; he lost his son's killer.

Of course, Marco felt bad about the kid, and he would do anything to bring him back. To bring them all back.

Once Marco got home, his parents were waiting for him in the living room.

"Mijo, where have you been?" His mom said, looking at him with stern eyes.

"I....don't exactly know," Marco said, looking down at his shoes.

"What do you mean?" His dad asked, folding his arms.

"I mean...one minute I was falling asleep with Star, then I just blacked out! I don't know what happened," Marco lied, scratching his neck.

Marco's mother sighed. "This isn't like you, Marco. We'll talk about this in the morning. Please go to bed," his mother said, kissing him on the forehead.

Marco sighed and trudged up the stairs to his room. He walked in to see Star asleep in his bed, most likely fighting the demon inside his brain. He smiled.

Wow, she looks so peaceful, he said, sitting next to her sleeping body. He touched her soft hair and smiled. He looked up at the ceiling.

How are ya doin up there Star? He thought to himself. I hope you're winning.

He took his clothes off and changed into his pjs once again. He then laid on the bed looking up at the ceiling. He sighed.

What to do now? He asked himself.

But then, he blacked out.
