*Harry's POV*
After spending a few hours in my room, I thought everyone had left, considering that I heard Jamie had been speaking to someone not to long ago. So when I didn't hear anyone, I got out of my room and walked down the hallway, but stopped before I got to the stairs because I heard people talking.
"My father has been depressed for as long as I could remember. He had barely left his room. But after school I would sit in his room with him and watch TV with him as I did my homework. I used to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner and eat with him in his room otherwise he wouldn't eat. But when I entered the X Factor I thought maybe he would come out and see me. But after a couple of shows, I knew that he hadn't seen a single show and was most likely not leaving his room. Then you guys show with my dad smiling and laughing, I was probably the happiest girl alive because I'd thought I'd ever see him smile or laugh. I thought he had finally defeated his depression, but after tonight, I don't know what to think anymore." I heard my daughter explain to my four best friends.
I didn't even hear the rest of the conversation. I went back to my room, locked the door, and sobbed.
*One hour later*
An hour later, I was still laying in my bed with tears rolling down my cheek, but not crying as hard. But soon I heard a knock at my door, but I refused to get up.
"Harry, open up." I heard Liam say from the other side of the door, but I still refused to get up.
"Harry, please answer the door. I just want to talk." Liam begged, but I still refused.
A few minutes later I heard the door unlock and open. Dang it. I forgot that he knows how to pick a lock.
*Liam's POV*
After Harry refused to get up and unlock the door, I found Zayn and a paperclip and had him pick the lock for me. Once unlocked, Zayn went back downstairs with Louis, Niall and Jamie.
When I walked into the room, I almost broke down at the sight of Harry. He was laying in his bed his blankets a mess, while he laid there staring blankly at the ceiling. His eyes were red and puffy and he had tear stained cheeks.
"Do you want to talk about it?" I asked softly, knowing he was not going to answer.
"Are you hungry?" I asked a moment later, still not expecting an answer.
"Listen, I know how close and protective you are of your daughter. You may not show it, but I can see it. So until you're feeling better the boys and I will look after her, even though she's pretty much an adult. But we're also going to be here for you. You don't have to worry. At least one of us will be with you at all times." I explained to him.
*Jamie's POV*
"How is he?" I asked worriedly as Liam came down the stairs.
"He's not good." Liam said truthfully.
"Listen you guys don't have to worry about him. The girls and I are supposed to be at the studio for the next few weeks. I'll just tell Simon I can't go in and take care of him." I said as I started to ramble.
"Jamie, that's ridiculous. We're all family now. You don't have to do this by yourself anymore. We'll take care of your father as best as we can. And you can come visit after you get out of the studio. But you will not be taking any time off. Your father wouldn't have it and neither will we." Louis said in a firm tone.
Wow, this is the most serious I heard Louis like ever. He must mean business. We all looked kind of shocked, but got over it quickly.
"Louis' right. Why don't you come over to my house? The girls were coming over anyway because Perrie's making dinner. Liam can stay with your dad for now and the rest of us boys will switch off with him every few hours." Zayn suggested and I just nodded.
