*15 Years Later*
*Jessica's POV*
It has been fifteen years since the girls and I went on our last tour, sang at our last concert. We didn't know it then, but our label had planned to drop us the day after the tour ended. Apparently we brought drama everywhere we went. That we brought our fathers on stage way to much. That the fans didn't want to see an old washed up band. They wanted to see something new. We tried to fight it, but there was no point. They were never going to sign us again. In fact, no other label would even give us a second look. My theory is that our former label had gave everyone a bad word about the band. That's why they wouldn't sign us.
But that's enough about how the band got disbanded. You probably want to know what I have been up to for the past fifteen years. Well, I'll tell you.
I met the love of my life about a year the band split and we got married about four years later. We soon learned that we learned that we were going to have a child, only we didn't know that we were going to have twins. Besides the years I spent with the girls, this past few years I spent with my husband and children were the best few years that I have had in a long time.
But enough about my family, you're probably wondering wondering what happened to the girls. If I still keep in touch with them. Well, the answer would be no. Unfortunately the five of us lost contact after we split. We all went our separate ways and never looked back.
*Annemarie's POV*
So, you probably know about what exactly to the band fifteen years ago, so I am going to spare you the details. Yes, I'm still very much upset that the label just dropped us like we were nothing, but if we weren't dropped then I wouldn't have met my wonderful husband. I wouldn't have my beautiful children. You're probably sitting there reading all about how the girls met the loves of their lives within a year after we split and how they went off to have these amazing children. Well, it wasn't so easy for me. I didn't meet my husband until five years ago and we didn't get married up until three years ago. And we didn't have our beautiful daughter until six months ago. It was hard for me after we split. I went through a rough time, that had lasted a good ten years. But when I met my husband, he got me through that rough time and I will be forever grateful.
*Jamie's POV*
Okay, by now, I know you know about what happened to the band, so I'm not going to go into detail. I'll just give you the details about the last fifteen years of my life. I met the love of my life about three months after the band had split. I got engaged about a year and a half after the band split and a year after that we got married. Then, a year later, we had our first child and two years after that we had our second. I know what you're thinking, 'All of the girls are talking about their families, what makes yours so special?' Well, let me tell you something right now. My family is special because my first two children are named after Annemarie and Jessica. And at this very moment, I am pregnant with twin girls. Their names are going to be Alexandra and Emily. Yes, I'm naming my children after the four best friends I have ever had. Is that so wrong? Okay, maybe. You see, we don't really talk anymore. We lost contact some time after the band broke up. But that doesn't stop them from being my best friends. Sometime in the near future, I plan to reconnect with them. I want them to see how they impacted my life for the better.
*Emily's POV*
So, I am going to spare you with the details with how the band split up fifteen years ago. There is a very good chance that you have already heard it. So I am going to tell you something right now. If it weren't for the band breaking up, I wouldn't be where I am today. I am currently working at the label where the girls and I were signed. Yeah, I know. Working for the people who originally fired you. To be honest I was hesitant at first. But when they called me to offer a job to help mentor others in their careers, I couldn't say no. Especially since I've been looking for a job since my child was born. My husband and I met six months after the split. As you probably can predict, we got married not too long after that and not too long after that I had my baby girl. It all happened so fast that I didn't have time to look for a job. So when I received the call from the label. I know the girls might not approve if they knew, but since we're not in contact anymore, they'll never know.
*Alexandra's POV*
Fifteen years ago, the band had been dropped and the girls and I lost contact. But I'm not going to tell you that story. I'm also not going to tell you how I fell in love after the band split and how I had children and lived happily ever after. I am going to tell you about the good times that the girls and I had performing. When auditioning for the X Factor, none of us knew each other or our fathers secret. But we were brought there that day for a reason. To meet each other and to learn and live up to our fathers legacy. Though, it may not have seemed like it then, but the moment we were formed as a band, we were destined to for the greatness that was to come. Though it may have seemed like we were always in some kind of drama, the girls and I had an amazing time while in the band. Despite all of the heartbreak we had throughout our time together, we had so many laughs. I miss that. Somedays, I wish that we were still in contact. I wish that we were still in contact so that my daughter could know and love the girls who had changed my life for the better.
