I got myself in trouble as soon as I got in 1st hour. At the beginning of 1st hour, the vice principal called me up to the office. If the vice principal calls to speak to you personally, you know you're in trouble. The vice principal used to be a coach, so that's pretty much all I need to say. As I was walking to the principal's office, I was wondering why I was in trouble. It was probably because I missed so many days of school going on Cahill missions. When I got to the office, I stopped. In the office were some guys that worked for the federal prison. I forgot about what Justin told me earlier, and ran through the entrance doors.

You're probably wondering why a bunch of federal prison guards are in my school office waiting to put me in federal prison. Well, if you'll recall, back in Extreme Mission 1 and 2, I stole some artifacts. That really didn't go unnoticed with the Interpol guys. I know Justin said not to leave school, but I really didn't want to go to federal prison, so I ran out the exit doors. I was running for a while from the school until I thought I was far enough away. I started walking, but after a while, I heard something in the distance. I didn't notice it at first, but then I realized what it was. Police sirens. I started running. To make this next scene a little less boring, I'll put background music to it.

Anyways, I started running again, but it wasn't long before they were right behind me. I decided to take a shortcut through a clearing where a lot of people park their cars to watch the parade. I figured the cops would have to drive around, but they didn't. They just drove across the clearing behind me. It did slow them down, though. I ran across the clearing back onto the highway. I faked running down the highway, but I ran down a side road at the last second. It was too late for them to turn around, so they had to drive on the main highway. I didn't want to chance it, though, so I kept running, just in case. After a while, I slowed to a walk. I took a left on another side road, and eventually I was on the highway again. I walked down the highway, but I felt like something was wrong. I stopped and listened, but I didn't hear anything. Not even police sirens. I thought this was weird because I thought I would at least be able to hear them in the distance. I started to walk again. Eventually I saw a church in front of me. Then I realized why I didn't hear anything. The cops were trying to hide and wait me out, and then ambush me. I took another side road before they could see me. After a while, I took a side road to the right and eventually I reached the historic town district. I was so tired, I didn't think about what building was beside me until it was too late. That was when I saw the federal prison guys in the police office. I thought I could run before they saw me, but I was wrong. They ran outside along with all the other police following them. I ran up the hill, and took a right, a left, and then another right until I was on the highway again. When I got to the highway, there was a big hill going down to my left, so I told a kid sorry for taking his skateboard, and rode the skateboard down the hill and jumped off at the last second. That was my first and last experience with a skateboard. Anyways, I jumped off, and landed by an ice machine. I took a bag of ice and threw it in front of the cars to try to stall them. That gave me a little time, but by now there were cars coming from all directions since I had reached the town square. This is going to make no sense at all, but I decided to run into the courthouse. I jumped over the railing onto the courtyard and ran into the courthouse. I thought about rolling the meteorite that was found by the town at them, but then I thought that was a stupid idea. Inside the courthouse, I hid behind the vending machine and trashcan. After everybody was in the courthouse, I made a break for it. Unfortunately, they caught me. So I kicked them to make them let go. It worked. I know what you're thinking. "You kicked a cop!" In my defense... oops. I ran outside and down a street to the main highway. I found an opening between two buildings and decided to hide in it. It worked. After all the cop cars had passed me, I followed the opening which led back to the town square. After I was sure it was safe to go, I walked over to a bench and sat down. I was so tired from running, I felt like I was going to throw up. I noticed a newspaper lying on the sidewalk, so I picked it up. On the front page was a shocking article. It was about a house that caught fire. I noticed the house as my friend Jack's house. His family made it out okay, but Jack was nowhere to be found. The most shocking part was the picture. In the picture, you could clearly see a V.

After a while with my head in my hands, I felt a hand grab my shoulder. It scared me because I thought it was the federal prison guys, but when I opened my eyes I saw that it wasn't them. It was a relief. For a split second. Then I realized who it was.

"Hello Jeff," Catherine said.
