**2 Months Later**
"Dear insert name here. You are cordially invited to the wedding of Rebecca Whites and Emmanuel Rodriguez. Wedding Ceremony will be held at Bicentennial Park, at 1.30pm, followed by the reception, held at Jordans Seafood Restaurant at 6pm. We hope you can attend." Jodie read out the finished invitations.
"Sound good?" I asked her.
"Amazing! It's all so real now! You're getting married in 2 months!" She squealed. Everything had been organized. Eman picked the colour scheme which was pastel purple. I picked the bridesmaids dresses. They were pastel purple strapless ball gowns. Each of my bridesmaids looked amazing. Eman and I went cake testing yesterday. We settled for a 6 tiered spongecake with buttercream frosting. We visited the reception venue and chose our menu. The only thing we needed to do was book entertainment.
"What can we do?" I looked over to Eman.
"Oh, don't worry, I've booked entertainment." He smiled.
"Who did you book?" I asked.
"It's a surprise!" He laughed.
"No! I don't like surprises!" I folded my arms like a little kid.
"Well, I'm not telling you!" He laughed. Eman got up and went to the kitchen.
"Who's going to be page boy and flower girl?" Jodie asked. She rubbed her belly. It had only been 2 months, she didn't have much of a bump yet.
"I'm going to get my little niece Bella for flower girl, and my nephew Chase to be page boy," I smiled.
"Cute!" Jodie gushed.
"Eman! Can you get me a drink?" I yelled into the kitchen.
"Kay!" He replied. He walked back in with cans of coke. We sat together and watched tv for a while. All that was on my mind was the wedding...
**Wedding Day**
I got ready at Jodies house, Eman got ready at Uncle Stans. I missed Eman so much, I couldn't wait to see his cheesy grin again.
"Jess, can you help me with my dress?" I slipped my dress on and Jess did the zipper. Leilani put on my veil. It had a little tiara on it, perfect for a princess. Chantal handed me my bouquet and Jodie slipped on my shoes. I turned around on my platform and looked into the mirror.
"Wow," I gasped.
"Hun, you look amazing!" My hair had gone back to it's natural dark brown colour. I curled my hair and let it flow. Leilani did my makeup. She had put on a very natural smokey eye. I looked at all my bridesmaids. They looked stunning!
"You guys look flawless!" The bridesmaids hair was in updos. They held their bouquets.
"Let's get some pictures of the bridal party!" Samantha called out. She was going to be the photographer as well as our planner. We stood outside. It was a beautiful day. The sun was shining and there was a cool breeze. Samantha snapped away, taking as many photos as she could.
"Okay, get in the cars! It's 1.25!" Samantha called. We hopped into the wedding cars and set off, for Bicentennial Park.
**Eman's POV**
As I got ready at my Uncle Stans, I couldn't help but think how beautiful Bec would look. I put on my tux and a bowtie. Bec loves bowties. I pinned a purple flower to my collar.
"Looking good man!" Paulie patted me on the back. All the boys were wearing tuxes and had purple ties. They also had a flower on their collar.
"Are we ready boys?" Stan called.
"Yep!" I replied. I got into the car and I was tingling. I was getting married today.
We got to the venue and I greeted all our guests. All of mine and Becs closest friends were here. I walked into the pagola. The priest was there. There were seats placed on the grass and a white carpet was laid out in the middle. A white frame with purple flowers was at the entrance. I looked at the time, it was 1.25.
The girls should be leaving now. I looked out to the seats and people were taking their places. I saw my parents and they couldn't have been more happy. I felt bad that Becs parents weren't in the audience. But I guess it's for the best.
"Sorry for the delay, but as we know the bride is always fashionably late! Not long now," the priest said into the microphone. At 1.40, the bridal party came. The music started to play. This is it, no turning back now.
**Becs POV**
I stepped out of the car. We all got into positions ready to walk down the aisle. First, Chase walked down the aisle. I could hear oohs and ahhs coming from the audience. My first bridesmaid, Jess walked down the aisle. She looked stunning. Leilani and Chantal followed. Then Jodie walked in with my gorgeous flower girl, Bella. Purple flower petals covered the white carpet. Then it was my time to shine. I linked my arms through Stans. I took my first steps down the aisle.
The first thing I saw was Eman. He smiled that big cheesy smile. I smiled under my veil.
"You look great," Stan whispered.
"You too," I whispered back. I got to the end of the aisle and I handed my bouquet to Jess.
"Please join hands." The priest said. We joined hands and looked lovingly into each others eyes.
"We are gathered here today, to celebrate the love of Rebecca and Emmanuel." The priest got us to say our vows to each other. I laughed the whole way through Emans vow. The little joker!
"If you have anything against the wed of this lovely couple, speak now, or forever hold your peace," The priest paused. Just when he was about to speak, I heard a voice.
"STOP THE WEDDING!" The crowd gasped. And so did I...
