Anastázia had quickly learned that Klaus Mikaelson had a child. Of course, she didn't know that the child was pronounced dead; for she had heard the news from one person, who had heard it from another, who had heard it from another and so on.

Anastázia was in Rome at the time and couldn't exactly pick up all of her things and take off to New Orleans. She had already built a life there in Italy, and she wasn't ready to throw it all away for the family that once looked upon her with disgust. Not only was stability the issue, her sibling hadn't heard or seen Stas in a millennium; it would have definitely come as a shock to them if Auntie Stas decided to come visit her new niece.

Despite those two obstacles, Anastázia couldn't push away the need to see the miracle baby. That baby was not a miracle from being born from a vampire father, that baby was a miracle because she was Niklaus's child. Klaus would have never had a child if it were up to him, even as human.

Anastázia had quite the personality, though it was not surprising because she was Klaus's twin... Nevertheless, although Stas's personality was burning with fire, her soul was dull. As I have said before, Anastázia had always wanted a family, well... when her mother changed her into the beast that she was now, Stas knew two things; (1) she was never going to kill another being, she had endured enough murder as only a werewolf, and (2) she was never to be able to have a family of her own. The baby brought a new light to Anastázia's lonely heart.

Now, she realized, she could have children. Her brother could, somehow, but he could! And she wanted to be able to as well. So, with that, Anastázia stopped pondering whether she would visit her family and began packing.

"You're just going to run back here, not wanting to unveil the true reason why you ran away from home." Michelle hissed from her corner.

"Shut up, Michelle. You know nothing of my reasoning, nevertheless my family." Stas spat in return.

"So you are going to just leave me here? To starve?" Michelle jangled her chains to indicate that she could not go anywhere.

"You really believe I would let you off that easily? You're pathetic. You are obviously coming with me." Stas snarked.

Michelle's eyes grew wide out of fear. "You can't do that, he'll kill me."

"Are you scared, Michelle? You have done nothing to cross my brother." Anastázia's words dripped with sarcasm.

"You know what I have done, Anastázia! I have lied, spied on and almost killed your brother! When he found out, I fled back to—"

"Yes, so I found you, confronted you for not holding up your end of the deal, and you tried to kill me. As punishment, I made you my prisoner for trying to use my own weapon against me. However, did I ever try to kill you? No." Stas spoke quickly.

"That's because you are not Klaus. He is a killer." Michelle replied.

Anastázia walked through the grand Mikaelson house, observing the rustic features as she dragged her hand across the yellowish walls. No one was home, or so she thought, so she used that time to explore the house that her siblings had built a family in.

Anastázia couldn't exactly say everything was put together perfectly in the house. The wallpapers were chipping and the furniture was scattered around the rooms.

Her deliberate examination of the house was stopped as soon as she heard a crash from a nearby room. Screams erupted from the room immediately following the crash. Stas's heart raced and her mind flooded with horrible thoughts.

She quickly pushed away the fear, walking straight to the room where she heard the noise. When she reached the door, she stopped. She breathed heavily and stepped back from the door. Despite her decision to not see who was inside, the person inside sped over to the door and swung it open.

It was Niklaus. But, Klaus was blinded with rage for the werewolves; he didn't even think twice to look at the face of the woman. Klaus shoved his hand in Anastázia's chest, gripping her heart.

"Klaus—" She barely spat out.

"My daughter has been killed, yet you werewolves still have the audacity to send death threats?" Klaus yelled, focusing on twisting her heart.

"Do you seriously not recognize me?" Anastázia was able to speak normally, now that her body raced to heal her heart back into place.

Klaus looked up, his eyes lit with a fire of hatred. But, his eyes softened as he recognized his younger sister's face. He let go of his hold on her. "Stas?"

Anastázia smiled. "It has been a long time, brother." She hugged him tightly, and he hugged back.

"Wha— where have you been?" He examined his long lost sister.

"Many places, but most recently: Europe." She replied.

"Why didn't you come back earlier? Why have you come now?" Klaus had a million questions for her, but only those two seemed to sneak out of his mouth.

"After all this time that's what you're going to ask? Whatever; I couldn't come earlier, but now, I have come because news had spread that you had a child! However, I must be too late; for you said that she was dead?" Stas said.

"She's not dead, many are out to get her. It was the only way—"

"I get it." With that, she hushed Klaus. He could only awe at her in disbelief. After all, Klaus had thought that his father had killed his sister long ago.

"I suppose we shall have to call this your white period." Another sibling, this time Elijah, said as he looked at the blank canvases.

"Thank you for making that announcement that no one cared about." Stas said and turned around.

She realized who it was. "Oh my god, Elijah."

"Anastázia?" He sucked in a sharp breath.

She waved slightly, staring at her older brother. "I suppose I should call Rebekah." He said under his breath.

"And Finn? Kol?" Stas asked.

"Dead." Klaus said immediately.

"Then, call Rebekah," Stas smiled, "and I suppose we shall call it a family reunion."
