A/N: And up there standing between Anna and Maria is kisahino , we needed him in this one because we had to have him on our volleyball team😁😁😁 (I jk we just wanted him in this)

"I can't believe we're finally doing this." Maria sighed, stretching out in the passenger seat of Anna's car.
"Right? We've been talking about it for way too long." Alex grinned excitedly.
"Let's just hope none of the floaties have holes in, or I'm screwed." Anna chuckled from the driver's seat.

The three had finally decided to take advantage of the hot summer sun and take a break from studying and go to the beach. They'd packed food, a cooler and even a mini barbecue. It had been an idea that three had been toying with for a while but had been so busy with college that it had got tossed on the back burner.

But today, they'd loaded the car and put swimsuits on under their clothes and said 'Lets go.' Maria was especially excited, since she was an enthusiastic swimmer and loved to tan. She'd managed to get Anna who couldn't swim to come in the sea with her with the promise of floaties, which she'd gone all out with. She'd bought blow up beds,  a dolphin, a shark and for some reason, a crocodile.

They soon pulled into the beach car park which was pretty busy already and they began unloading their stuff. The second Maria was carrying all of the deflated floaties and the cooler, she was off running towards the sand. Anna and Alex shook their heads but smiled as they strolled after her with the towels and other items.

When they caught up with her, she was dancing around a spot that was about twenty metres or so away from the water.
"Let's set up here!" She yelled excitedly. People nearby were staring at her, but she didn't seem to care.
"Alright." Anna called back with a thumbs up.

They laid out the towels and stripped down to their bathing costumes. Anna set up a beach umbrella in case the heat got too intense. Her and Alex had started applying sun cream and just as Alex was about to offer the bottle to Maria, they realised she was already galloping in the direction of the water, dodging children and sandcastles as she went.

"Are you sure she's twenty two?" Alex chuckled.
"Not really, if I'm honest." Anna joked. Alex rifled through the beach bag for the air pump, with the intention of blowing up the crocodile floaty for himself. Once he had it, he attached it to the vibrant green floaty and began to pump.

By the time the floaty was blown up to its full glory, Maria had returned and was shaking her wet hair out like a dog.
"Let's set up the volleyball net!" She cheered.
"Believe it or not Maria, we're here for the whole day. We don't have to do everything in the space of thirty minutes." Anna snorted.

"Tsch. Whatever." Maria muttered, striding back to the car for the volleyball net.
"Keys?" Alex called after her, she stomped back then snatched them off Anna who was dangling them teasingly.
"Losers." She mumbled as she went on her way.

Alex and Anna say under the umbrella chatting for while until Maria returned, then they moved to help her set the monstrous thing up. Thankfully Maria had brought her wireless speaker so they had some classic Def Leppard to listen to. It wasn't long before they were batting the ball back and forth over the net. It was a little difficult with three of them, but they managed.

Just as they'd paused for breath, they were greeted by the sight of three guys standing a few feet away from their set up.
"Looks like you need a few more players." Said one, a cocksure smile on his face and tousled dirty blond hair.

"Looks like you need to mind-"
"That'd be good actually." Alex interrupted Maria before she could make three new enemies. The tallest of the three who had longer, chocolate brown hair stepped forward, hand extended. Alex shook it.
"I'm Sam, that's my brother Dean and our friend Cas." He pointed at the other two when he said their names.
