Today is the day, I really hope I pass because I don't think I can go a whole day without hitting on Ms. Hamilton. I spent 2 days studying non stop the things we've been over the past 2 weeks, and let me just say this I'm a goner.

"Hey Lauren can I talk to you?" I heard a nasally voice ask, I rolled my eyes knowing exactly who it is "I'm sorry, Lauren can't come to the phone right now please fuck off after the beep" I said opening up my locker.

She scoffed, "Lauren-" I raised my hand signaling the blue eyed girl to shut up "beep"

"Stop being childish Lauren" she said in desperation, I rolled my eyes and shut my locker "what do you want Stella?"

She shifted her body uncomfortably, "Yvette broke up with me" I know it was rude but I couldn't help but laugh. "Lauren please!" her voice started to crack, "I need a friend right now" pleaded the barbie doll looking girl.

The bell rang and I sighed, "look I have to get to class but you could come by tonight ok?" I know I'm gonna regret this, but I actually kinda miss her annoying ass and she just needs a friend anyway. She nodded her head said "thank you" and I walked to 4th period.

I was doing my test in Ms. Hamilton's class and let me just say so far so treat.. I hope. Damn it! I know Beowulf was like the hero of Geats or some shit, who the fuck is Hrothgar?!

Fuck I am scr to the ewed, I looked up from my test at Ms. Hamilton and she had a smirk on her face, probably knowing that I'll fail.

I smirked back at the beautiful teacher, making it seem like I have this in the bag when I'm pretty sure I don't.

I finished up with my test and gave it to my teacher, I really hope to God that I at least passed with a C. I took out my phone and went to my instagram page, I had like 20 DMs

More than half of them were random girls blessing it, and 1 of them was from Brad Simpson ew block. As I blocked the lipless boy, I heard the bell ring signaling the seniors to go to lunch.

Ms. Hamilton told me to stay back, so we could find out if I had passed or not. I carefully watched the woman with glasses check off the one's that were wrong with a red marker, 5 minutes of silence passed and then I heard her mumble a quick "fuck"

I widened my eyes and my nerves washed over me, "what happened? Did I fail?" this is seriously embarrassing. What if I had the lowest score in the class? She'd never want to get with me.

Ms. Hamilton took off her glasses and looked at me, "not if you count a B+ as failing.. Good Job Lauren" I jumped up in the air with nothing but joy, "yes!!"

"Ok what questions do you have for me? Oh and it has to stay between you and I" I nodded my head, "ok first question what's your real name? Because Ms. Hamilton isn't working for me"

The dark skinned woman sighed, "Normani Kordei" hmm Normani Kordei Hamilton.. I like it.

"ID?" I asked holding out my hand, she scoffed "what do I need to lie for?"

I shrugged my shoulders, "it's just to make sure" the teacher rolled her eyes and went in her black Prada handbag and gave me her wallet. I looked in it and saw her driver's license next to her family portrait of her, king, and her ex boyfriend.

I gave it back, once I read Normani kordei Hamilton on the source of identification. "Next question, if we were the same age and I asked you out.. What would you say?" I was getting nervous again

"I'd say-" Normani was cut off by someone knocking on her door, "come in" she called out. Monica came then came in what timing, "Dinah?"

Monica rolled her eyes, "who the fuck is Dinah?! My name is Monica!" the blonde haired girl handing Normani some papers, "oh well then Monica watch your mouth"

"Sorry, Camila wanted me to give these to you it's next week's homework" damn it camz you're always an overachiever.

The teacher gladly took the papers, "so you're Camila's girlfriend?" Monica looked a bit uneasy but she still nodded her head. "Oh then you're definitely not my best friend, she's straighter than a ruler" Normani said giggling adorably.

I laughed along with my teacher, "false.. Everyone isn't 100% straight there's always that one person you wanna have sex or make out with" Monica said, that's true like with me I'm gay as fuck but Johnny Depp have a special place in my heart.

The dark skinned woman looked at the time on her expensive watch, well I know who I could go to for financial advice "sorry ladies but I have a meeting in a few minutes" she said pushing us out.

I stopped her from shutting the door, "you haven't answered my question" she bit her lip in thought. I gently swiped her lip and looked at the bite mark. Her lips were like a masterpiece.. Beautiful, and entrancing.

I felt myself leaning in and I swear on my life I saw her eyes flutter shut, but then we realized we were still in school so we both pulled back, "um I'm late for.. um Lunch I have to go" I ran down the hallways so fast.

I almost kissed my teacher, and my teacher almost kissed me. I never actually thought that I'd have a chance with her but now that I know that I might.. Let the games begin.

"Hey Lauren where are you going?" Camila asked, since I don't have a 1st, 7th or 8th period I was allowed to leave but most of the time I'd stay in the Camila's extracurricular classes. "I'm starving camz I never had lunch" I whined rubbing my stomach

Her eyes lit up, "can you get me some pizza please" I smiled at the younger girl, "well considering how you helped give me a B+ on the Beowulf test. I'll be more than happy to give you anything you want" I said pecking her cheek and then I left.

I went to the mall to get some food and after that I looked around for something King would like. King remind me so much of my brother Chris before he turned into a dick.

Chris, my mom, and dad or should I say Mike and Clara are just a bunch of homophobes. Taylor is the only one who accepts me for who I am, I love and I'm grateful for her.

I was in the game store and saw a life-size Batman and Superman, "excuse me how much for the batman man and superman life-size action figures. The man looked me up and down and smiled, "60 bucks each but it's free if I could take you on a date" the man said wiggling his eyebrows.

I shuddered in disgust and gave him $120 "no thanks" I grabbed the toys and left. As I was about to leave I heard crying, I turned around and my eyes widened once I saw a little boy with brown hair.

"King?!" the little boy looked up at me and ran to hug my legs, "wauren I'm scared" I picked him up and rubbed his back

Why the fuck is this 3 year old at the mall by himself, when he was suppose to be a daycare?! "who are you with buddy?" I asked while looking around. He was trying to catch his breath, he was talking but since he's 3 years old

I only heard bits and pieces of what he was trying to tell me and that was school, movies, and left me "your school went to the movies and forgot you?" I asked and I felt him nod his head. I lifted him up and wiped his tears "do you want me to take you to your mommy?"

"Yes tank you wauren" I just smiled and kissed his head. Oh boy If I'm pissed off and I barely know the kid, there's no telling how Normani would react.
