My friends and I are laying around in Camila's room, on our phones, and ignoring each other. I was in the middle of texting Normani when I heard Camila's surprised voice, "guys Harry just asked me to homecoming" I looked up from my phone and furrowed my eyebrows "styles?"

The younger girl nodded her head and started giggling, "he's gay right?" Teddy asked looking stunned. "extremely.." Tori said still texting on her phone, "so why not just ask a dude?" Camila, Tori and I rolled our eyes "Teddy.. the fact that you don't get it is really shining down on your straightness" I said looking over at our redheaded friend.

I saw the confusion still in his eyes so I opened my mouth to speak but Tori beat me to it, "he's using Mila as straight bait" the older boy furrowed his eyebrows and Camila's giggles erupted into a laughter, "seems like everyone wants to use Karla Camila Cabello" the youngest friend said.

"Straight bait? but everyone know he's gay.." he can't be serious right now. Camila's laughter died down, "I know this never happened to you before because you were never in the closet but.." a little chuckle came out of her mouth due to the recent lasting laughter she had, "..everyone know he's gay, except for his parents. So I'm going to be at his house taking pictures with him to make sure his parents won't suspect a thing" Teddy nodded his head slowly in understanding, "makes sense.. So you're going to go with him?"

Camila scrunched up her face, "I guess, but if I'm going I'm gonna need a date for when we're actually there" the brunette looked over to Tori.. Well that hurt "I would Mila but I'm already in the midst of asking a certain lawyer to go with me" Camila then looked at me, "I shouldn't even say yes since you went to Tori before me.." I faked being hurt "..you knew me longer"

"Yeah but from what I heard she use to like me Drac" Tori stuck out her tongue, which made Camila gasp and smack my arm "you told her?!" I rubbed my arm to soothe the sting, "ouuuuuuch. I mean you were not the best at hiding your feelings" Camila sat back and blushed from embarrassment. I decided to finish texting Normani, I have to ask her a question

Um.. Do you have any plans for tonight?

From my Mani🍫😍:
I was gonna go bowling with my friends but I could cancel

Man I still can't believe that we're together.. I mean we're not TOGETHER together, we're taking things hella slow but I understand why though. Her boyfriend died almost 2 years ago plus I'm her student. But I'm happy that she's giving me a chance

No, you should have fun with your friends mani. I could wait

It's fine Lauren I see my friends everyday

Heat instantly rushed to my face, I love when she flirts with me "why are you blushing?" the deep male voice asked, "I'm not" I said hiding my face in my hands trying to control myself. None of my friends know about Normani and I because she wants us to be a secret for now, and honestly I think it's for the best "someone sent you a nude?" Teddy guessed making me blush harder, just thinking about what it would be like to witness the chocolate girl's nude body is making it difficult for me to breathe.

The ginger boy smirked at me, "sharing is caring" I quickly slid my hands off my face and glared at my best friend "it's a good thing I don't care nor share.. and to answer your question no it's definitely not a nude." I went back to texting Normani

Smh babe, but now since you're free I was thinking maybe we could do something. Me, you, and King

For the past 3 weeks I've been going to Normani's house to chill with her and  king. We watched movies, played board and video games, and we had dinner together.. I honestly have so much fun with the mother and son. My phone vibrated signaling that I got a text back from Normani

King is with my parents so looks like this trio turned into a duo😏 I'll see you later at 5pm😘😘

I smiled to myself and looked at the time on my phone which read 2:56pm, fuck I can't ever wait to see her "somewhere you need to be?" the brunette asked. I shook my head no, "I do in 2 hours not right n-" I was cut off by the sound of glass breaking. Everyone but Camila looked at the door, "what the hell is going on down there?" Tori asked as we heard yelling downstairs and another crash.

Camila finally spoke up "I have an older sister.." we all looked at our younger friend with shock all over our faces, "wait I thought you were the oldest?" I asked. She shrugged her shoulders and replied, "I was but apparently my dad cheated on my mom before I was born. There's only so little time before she pulls out her pocket knife in.." Camila counted down from the 3 on her fingers

3.. 2.. 1.. We heard Alejandro scream, and our eyes widened "don't worry he just have a few cuts on his face and arm" we've always knew her family was dysfunctional but we just thought it was her cousins, uncles, and aunts. "So.. Down the pipeline?" Teddy asked and Camila nodded "that's what I do.." and with that we all went out the window to get away from what seemed like it would be a crime scene.

Normani pov

I had just dropped King off to my parents, I also texted Ally and Dinah that I was staying in today. Now I'm driving to my house, blasting rihanna's 'Needed Me' in my car. "Didn't I tell you I was savage? Fuck your white horse and a carriage.." as I sang with the woman from Barbados I saw a black car that was behind me for a while now. I merged onto the highway and so did the black car, this is getting weird.

"Siri call Dinah" I said feeling a bit uneasy, come on Dinah pick up. I looked in my rearview mirror and saw the license plate, wait a minute I've seen that plate before.. "Mani?" Dinah's voice filled my entire car "Dinah! I'm being followed by a black car, I'm on the highway down the street from my parents house and I think it's.." all of a sudden the black car crashed into my car which made me swerve off of the highway.

"Mani wake up baby" I heard a voice whisper and I groaned, "Lauren let me sleep" I heard the person's laughter.. Wait a minute I heard that laugh before and it's definitely isn't lauren's "I'm not Lauren" I lifted up my head and looked around at my surroundings.. I'm still inside of my car, I turned my head to the backseat and my heart dropped. My eyes started to water when I saw those brown eyes I never thought I'd see again "Justin?" he smiled at me and nodded his head "nice to see you again love"
