"Morning, hot-stuff,"! Dean said casually as you entered the kitchen, "If you want I can make it good." He gave a flirtatious wink.
"Sure you could, Dean-o." You gave him a smirk, standing right next to him as you grabbed food. Brushing against him as you did. To you and Dean, this was all a games. Careless flirting.
"Hey, if you want you can stay in my room tonight, you know, and have an 'athletic' conversation?" You both laughed. Sam laughed, too.
"Not sure Cas would be okay with that." Sam said, light heartedly. He was referring to Castiel and Dean, but you couldn't help wish that there was something between you and Cas.
"Yeah. He wants Dean all to himself. Can't say I blame the guy." You winked at Dean. Dean rolled his eyes at the mention of Castiel and Him.
"I know you can't." He said in his most flirtatious voice. You picked up your breakfast and sat at the table. Dean followed you, sitting next to Sam.
"This is really good, Sam." You said referring to the breakfast he had made. He gave you a thumbs up, not looking away from his laptop.
"Know what else is really good, y/n? Me." He gave you a wink. You giggled.
"Oh, I'm sure. Just let me go and get you some mouthwash first, and we will be good to go." You teased. He laughed. Castiel came in, and you all said hey, then returned to your previous conversation.
"I'm positive you're already good-to-go." Dean said, in a gruff voice.
"I am. How about you?" You smirked. Castiel seemed genuinely confused at the conversation.
"With that body of yours, most definitely." He teased back. You, Dean, and Sam laughed.
"Dean! You shouldn't speak to y/n in that manner!" The seemingly pain in his voice shocked you.
"Cas. It's fine. It's a joke, no need to get your feathers in a twist." Sam said, seeing as you and Dean were too shocked to speak. You and Dean stood up to go get more food. You stood next to each other, Dean's hand playfully around your waist.
"Oh please, I am not doing you in here." You said, jokingly.
"Aw, why not?" He said, faking being upset.
"Because I have some dignity." You teased. You both laughed, but neither of you realized Castiel was there. You felt a hand grip your shoulder, and you shrieked a little bit. You blinked, and you were outside of the bunker. You gasped for breath.
"What the hell, Cas? A little warning next time!" You were genuinely angry at the angel. You were freaked out, you could have killed him! He looked at the ground, clearly upset, and you stopped. You kind of felt guilty.
"Cas, what's wrong?" You said putting a hand in the center of his shoulder blades.
"I-I'm sorry I upset you. I didn't realize you and Dean were..." He seemed reluctant to say the next word, but you already knew what he meant.
"Oh, geez, Cas, No! Me and Dean are only friends!" You laughed, hysterically. He looked up at you confused.
"Then he should not talk to you in such profanities!" He defended. Your turn for confusion.
"Cas, it's called flirting, and we were only joking. It's something friends do. Why are you so sore about it?" You chuckled lightly.
"Because. He shouldn't say those things to you. He knows how I feel towards you." This shocked you right to your core. Feel towards you? What did that mean? He's an angel, he couldn't possibly feel the same heart flutter, stomach-turning, love you felt towards him, towards you- Could he? No. It was impossible. Sam and Dean opened the door to the bunker, they had worried you'd been taken by Crowley or something. Wouldn't be the first time. They heaved a sigh of relief when they saw you with Castiel.
"You two okay?" Dean asked.
"No thanks to you, Dean." Castiel spat, which was highly unusual for him. Dean rolled his eyes.
"Cas, calm down." Sam warned. Stepping closer to you. Castiel stood up straight, and wrapped an arm protectively around your waist. You stood up, to look at him, quizzically of course. You looked over to see his soaked trench coat. When had it started raining?
"Damnit!" You screeched.
"Woah, y/n. Nice!" Dean said eyeing your soaked white blouse, which revealed your black bra underneath. You blushed.
"Back off, Dean!" Cas spat again, "She's mine!" The words took both you and Sam aback.
"Yeah, yeah, I was just saying." Dean rolled his eyes, still eyeing you closely.
"Was Cas just being protective of y/n?" Sam said.
"The Sam Winchester didn't realize he had the hots for y/n?" Dean smirked. Cas turned a bright shade of pink, his actions finally catching up to him. You turned toward him, but he couldn't look you in the eye. You grabbed the sides of his coat, and his face snapped to yours in shock. The moment he did, you crashed your lips on to his. It only took him a second to move into the kiss, placing one hand around your waist, the other on your cheek. When you finally pulled away, you stared at Castiel's red cheeks which likely reflected your own.
"Damn. I want a turn!" Dean snickered playfully. Castiel flashed both of you to your room, leaving Dean and Sam in a laughing fit.
