You had just laid Sam down in his room. He had the flu, looks like you and Dean had the case to yourselves then.
"Uh, y/n?" Sam said looking at the door.
"Yeah, Sam?" You organized tissues and tea and soup on Sam's nightstand.
"I think Dean's sick, too." He said, quite calmly.
"What makes you say that?" You laughed, it was a ridiculous idea, after all. Dean? Sick? Not in a million years. You looked at Sam. He pointed to his doorway. You turned around to find Dean leaning on the door frame. Not in his usual, cocky, way, but like he couldn't stand up without it. He was sickly pale, just like Sam.
"Great." You huffed. You grabbed your spare blanket, and wrapped it around Dean.
"I'm fine." He said, not quite believing himself.
"Let's get you back to bed. You'll be better by tomorrow." You promised. He reluctantly allowed you to drag him into his room.
"Y/n? I need some help!" Sam shouted from his room. You laid Dean in bed, and pulled the blanket over him.
"Coming!" You shouted. You moved to help Sam, but Dean grabbed your wrist.
"Can you get me some water while you're at it?" He asked. You rolled your eyes and snapped your wrist out of his hand.
"Yeah, I will. Among some other necessities." You rushed to Sam's room, finding him tangled in his blankets.
"I was trying to get my medicine." He admitted. You straightened him and the blankets out. Then grabbed the medicine, handing it to him.
"Just relax, okay?" He nodded. You went to the kitchen to get more soup and tea, along with tissues and a glass of water. You carried it up to Dean on a tray, and set it on his nightstand. You also handed him his cellphone, so he could talk to Sam. He immediately texted Sam. You grabbed Dean's medicine and forced him to take it.
"Y/n? Can I have some more soup?" He ate it already? At least he still had his appetite.
"Of course, Sam. Get some rest, okay?" You told Dean as he left his room. You grabbed the empty bowl out of Sam's room, and went to refill it. You brought it back up to him. He was sipping on his tea.
"Hey, could I get some more blankets in here?" Sam seemed irritated at his request, but you left to get more blankets.
"Sure, Dean!" You called from down the hall. You brought the fluffy blankets back to the eldest Winchester. You set them up and he thanked you.
"Could I get some more tea?" Sam immediately shouted. They were driving you nuts, but they were sick. There was nothing you could do. As you filled the cup, Castiel and Gabriel popped into the kitchen.
"What are you still doing here, Sweetness?" Gabriel asked. You rolled your eyes at the overly flirtatious nickname.
"Sam and Dean are sick. I'm stuck, candy man." You replied as you finished pouring the tea. You turned to two very confused Angels.
"Uh, why didn't they just call us? We could've just healed them." Gabriel said as if it were no big deal.
"We have been doing it since we met the Winchesters." Castiel explained. You put the cup on the table.
"Give me a minute." You were angry. You had wasted half the day doting on their every whim, just to find out they knew they could be healed.
You ran into Dean's room, and snatched the phone from him. He looked up at you, seemingly scared.
"I swear, Winchester, if this is what I think it is, it better not be!" You said sternly. You looked down to his messages betwixt him and Sam. All of them were about who had gotten the most attention from you this far.
"Okay, uh, not what I expected..." You were blushing, but Dean was way redder. You walked as calm as possible, but were stiff as a board. You walked back to Castiel and Gabriel.
"Just heal those two idiots already." You said.
Gabriel whispered in your ear, after Castiel left of course, "You thought they were prancing you, didn't you?" You nodded. He laughed.
"Well, I'm going to kill them for taking my girl's eyes off me for even a second." Balthazar chimed in directly behind you. You turned, and softened up a bit. You hadn't noticed, the now fine, Winchesters in the front of the kitchen as you kissed your angel boyfriend.
"Balthazar?! Really?!" They shouted at the same time. You pulled away, embarrassed. Your eyes didn't leave him.
"Of course, I'm much better than you two." He said, and you smirked. He pulled you into another deep kiss.

Sorry, I haven't had any with Balthazar, so I decided to add that to the imagine!
