I had never been more afraid to eat food in my life.
After the boy and his friends left, I usually would have proceeded to scoff at their confidence...but it scared me how easily I complied to his request. Now I'm standing awkwardly in the middle of the cafeteria searching for the group of boys that were no where to be seen.
A tap on my shoulder made me jump and I spun around haphazardly almost knocking Park Ji over in the process.
"Yah Ji-ah!" I whined, "You gave me a heart attack what...?" At her bright red face the words died on my lips and I grabbed her shoulders, studying her wide eyes. "Are you okay?"
Her eyes were glazed and her words were slow and lazy, "Over there." She pointed slowly towards the back of the cafeteria where a table that usual sat untouched was now occupied, "The pretty boys--they want you."
Her face got even redder and I rolled my eyes, laughing at her completely head over heels state.
"Yes," I emphasized the word and pat her on the back, "Thank you servant-nim."All eyes were on me as headed towards the boys. Seated at the table was the white haired boy, slouched with his arms crossed. Kai with a bemused expression on his face had his arm around a big eyed cute looking dark haired boy, a fiery red headed boy with dark circles under his eyes looked at me as if he wanted to murder me right then and there, and baozi looking younger boy with orange-ish hair smiled at me, patting the empty seat invitingly next to him.
I smiled nervously back at him and sat down in the chair, not able to take my eyes off the group before me. The dark haired boy cocked his head at me and looked over at Kai, whispering something I couldn't make out. Kai smirked and leaned forwards clasping his hands,
"Welcome," I couldn't tell if he as joking or not, "Once we ask you a few questions you can go on about your school life and pretend this never happened."
I looked at him, "What are you talking about?"
"Three years ago, freshman year for you, you were friends with a boy named Chanyeol right?"
I flinched and my heart began to hurt, what was going on here?
"He had an accident three years ago and has been missing since?" the orange haired boy spoke.
I swallowed hard and pushed away from the table standing up so quickly I almost knocked the chair over. "Why would you want to know about that? All the memories came flashing back in painful burst in the back of my mind. "Why would you bring that up?"
The red haired boy spoke in a surprisingly soft voice, "It's true then?"
I blinked away the mist from my eyes and glared at him, " You have no right to approach me like this about something like that! I don't even know you!"
I turned and began to walk away from the table. What the hell was going on? Angrily, I flung open the doors that led to the hallway and headed towards the dorms. How could they ask me about...him? Being new students they didn't ask my about something normal like where all the classes are, they ask me about something that happened three years ago... A thought struck me and I froze in my tracks.
How did they know about Chanyeol?
A/N: What is Baekhyun and Chanyeol's past relationship and what happened to Chanyeol? What is it that the other boys want to know? Find out in the next chapter! I hope you enjoyed part four of Don't Call Me Monster!
