"What you gonna do now T" he tries to tackle me but I move out of the way which made him hit his face on the bridge.
"Hey dumbass, I'm over here" I taunt him. He stands up and wipes the blood off of his nose and looks infuriated and no longer in pain. He walks over to me with ease and I try to punch him but he catches my fist and starts crushing it in his hand. The pain makes me go down to my knees and he kicks me in the face. Spitting out blood, I'm cracking my knuckles on my numb hand. He grabs me and throws me against a pole on the bridge hurting my ribs. And he picks me up with his arms and wraps them around my neck to choke me. I then force my fingers into his eye sockets forcing him to let go. He pushed me off of him across the bridge and it gives me time to pull the knife out of my bag's side pocket.
"Damn it Gray! You're a dead man" he starts running towards me and I swing my arm back ready to force the knife into him. He leaps at me and I shove it into his side. But it won't kill him.
"Take the money and go or I will remove the knife and puncture your heart with it"
"Fuck you Gray" he says while spitting out blood.
"Good boy" I leave the knife and bag with him then walk back to my car and leave.
My anger begins to burst out. "You fucking come and threaten me! What a fucking friend! Stupid piece of shit!"I finally make it home and I see someone sitting on my steps.
"Tracie, what are you doing here"
"Your mom said she's fine..."
I thought she caught me in a lie.
"But she told me she sent you out to pick up some medication so I told her I'd wait out here, took you long enough"
I walk toward my door and she sees the blood.
