So after that weird bump in with Ashley I made my way to math class. It was weird when I walked in because while looking for a seat, I noticed she was in my class and with my luck, there was an empty spot right next to her. It was kind of awkward so I decided to try and break the ice. "Hey I want to apologize for bumping into you a few moments ago hehe". "Oh no it's okay it was also my fault I was in a bit of a rush and wasn't watching where I was going", she said with a smile. "Well,on the bright side, at least I smell like a latte",I said, which made us both laugh. The teacher started passing out packets of worksheets for us to do. "What the hell am I even looking at?" I said quietly to myself...or at least I thought I did. "I could help you with it after school if you want!" ,she said so enthusiastically."That would be great but I really don't want to cause problems between you and your boyfriend", I said trying to act like I actually cared about their relationship. "No it's fine I'm sure he'd understand", she said trying to be very persuasive."Well alright I guess I wouldn't mind spending the evening with you",I said."Then it's a date" she said blushing.
