This whole chosen one shit has really uped my ego. Like seriously I kept wondering why my anger was too much at times and my strength. But at the same time I'm wondering why Destiny never gave me her number, off topic I know but damn. Anyways I need Reeds to get too deep into this life he's stolen I need for the hooks to be so deep that it hurts when I expose him and Tracie pulls them out. I need for him to feel that loss. Because I watched Jay's family in pain for months knowing who did it to them.
I have my next class with Tracie maybe I could get some words out. As I get to the classroom door I see the idiot walked her to class. "See you in a bit beautiful, I love you". As immediately go back around the corner of the classroom entrance and wait for her to come in and sit down then I walked back out. I see Grayson walking and I get his attention. "Hey Jay! Not coming in buddy?" I yell at him
"Fuck you Troy, what do you want from me" he turns around and walks up to me.
"I want nothing, cause that'd be too easy, oh no no no, I want to watch you squirm as I watch you and your little charades, so you love her now, is that right? Dickwad her has a heart does he?" I say laughing and punching his shoulder.
"Don't fucking touch me T, I'm warning you"
"Awe I get a wittle warning?" I say mocking him then getting in his face.
He pushes me back and I laugh. "Don't worry Grayson, this'll be over soon enough"
"What the hell do you mean by that T" he gets infuriated.
I get to the doorway of my class and still stand out of it so he can still see me. Then I point at her.
"Hey you're Tracie right?" I see him walking towards me but I go in and close the door.
"How do you know my name?" She asked me.
"I mean you're the not talked about girl in school, and looking at you now I see why" I chuckle.
"Nice try but I have a boyfriend"
"Speaking of, how long have y'all been together?
"A while, why?" She saids a bit cagey.
"Do you love him?"
"That's none of your business, new guy"
"I'm just asking, I work for the yearbook I wanted to put spotlight on a beautiful couple like you two"
"Oh, sorry aha yes I love him we've been in love for a few years now"
And just like that I see the hooks have been established. Now I rip them out.
"Hey I could use a few quotes from you, think you could meet me on Friday about it?"
"Yeah of course, its Troy right?"
"Oh yeah, and I guess meet me at my job after school? Its the cafe around the corner from here".
"Okay, sounds great" she says so peachy.
