***I hope you all like this chapter, I've been having a lot of writers block lately***
Ch.26
“You look perfect!” Silvia exclaimed as she looked me over. Charlie and I had forced Mrs. Wealsey to have a small wedding. So Silvia, Ginny, Hermione and Alessandra were my bridesmaids. Alessandra was an old family friend who I knew I had to ask to be one of the bridesmaids. Charlie had Bill, John, and two of his old friends as his groomsmen.
The girls all stood around me as they looked me over. “Thanks,” I said, a huge smile on my face as I looked at myself in the mirror.
“You look so beautiful!” Mrs. Weasley said, bawling as she pulled me into a hug.
“Don't cry on her dress, mum!” Ginny said, although she seemed to be a little teary eyed as well.
“I know, sorry about that. I just never thought this day would come,” she dabbed at her eyes with the handkerchief she'd been using when she let me go.
“Its fine,” I reassured her.
There was a knock at the door. Mrs. Weasley hurried over and opened it a crack.
“Could I talk to my sister alone for a second?” I heard my brother ask.
“Of course!” she told her, telling the girls to leave the room with her. My brother entered the room and walked over to me.
“You look beautiful,” he told me.
“Thanks,” I told him, sitting down on the seat that was in the room. He sat down next to me, taking me hands in his.
“I feel like I should give you this long speech on how proud I am that you've managed to get to this point in your life, but I just feel that that would seem as if I was just trying to say everything you really just want to hear dad tell you,” my eyes started tearing up and I nodded. “So I guess I'm just going to give you this.”
He pulled an envelope out of his suit pocket and handed it to me. The envelope had Lizzy written on it in my dad's cursive.
“I know that at some points it seemed that I was too protective and that I was trying too hard to take over Dad's spot after he passed away. I just want you to know that I promised dad that I would after you no matter what and that I love you Elizabeth Weasley,” a sad smile came to my brother's face as he spoke. “I know how badly you miss mum and dad and I know how much it hurt you when we lost them. I know how much it affected you when someone close to you died and I'm so glad that you met Charlie.”
“Thanks for everything, John,” I said, giving him a long hug.
“I think you should read the letter,” he told me before getting up and walking out of the room.
I sat there for a second before opening the letter.
