It's been two weeks since you told Papyrus about your past. Since then he has come every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. In fact, today is Wednesday. You've been using Undyne's sound proof room for your sessions because they are private. And Undyne understood that it could hit a nerve with either you or Pap. So she never bothered you guys.
You are trying to find a snack in the kitchen while waiting for Papyrus. Where the skeleton brothers don't have a car, Pap either walks here or gets a ride. You finally settle on a fruit roll-up of a (your choice) flavor.
You get halfway through the fruity snack when you hear a knock on the door. It was too light to be Papyrus's. So you take caution as you approach the door. As you get closer you can hear Papyrus talking.
"BROTHER THIS IS UNNECESSARY! YOU DO NOT NEED TO BE HERE FOR A PRIVATE HANG OUT WITH [Y/N\ROSANNE]!" Papyrus put a lot of emphasis on 'private'.
"ah. come on paps. it's just one time. i wanna see what you do here. obviously you guys aren't cooking with undyne today cause she's at work. come on please?"
You open the door to reveal the skeleton brothers. "Hey guys!"
"heya."
"HELLO HUMAN! CAN YOU PLEASE ASSIST ME IN GETTING MY BROTHER TO LEAVE?!"
You giggle. "Actually Pap. It's okay. I need help getting the karaoke machine out. Please come in!"
You step aside and let the brothers in. Sans went immediately to the top floor. Most likely to find the machine. As you close the door, Papyrus puts his voice to a reasonable level. And whispers the best he can so Sans can't hear.
"Human. What are you doing?"
"Sometimes the best way to cure depression is to have fun interactions with the people who love you. So that means Sans." You whisper back.
"Oh!"
A few minutes later, you and sans have the machine set up. Since Papyrus doesn't know how to work with wires, he decided to choose if the three of you will do a competition. In the end. He decided you should. He also picked the order. First it will be him, then Sans, then yourself.
You plugged in your phone to the machine and opened youtube.
"Alright Pap. What song am I searching up?"
"ACTUALLY HUMAN... SANS AND I DECIDED WE WANT TO DO A SONG TOGETHER AND MAKE THIS COMPETITION A TWO VERSUS ONE. IF THAT IS OKAY WITH YOU!"
"Sure Pap! But I still need to know the song."
"oh sure. drop pop candy."
You search it up and begin playing it. (this is going to be how they actually sing)
(if you want they can do the dance too)
"ALRIGHT HUMAN! YOUR TURN!"
You giggle a little. "You guys did amazing! You should do duets more often!"
You watch as Papyrus squeals and Sans rubs his head nervously.
"yea yea yea. either way it's your turn kiddo." Sans says trying to get the spotlight off of him.
"Okay hang on!" You say while searching up your song.
When you finally find your song you see Papyrus bouncing in place like a kid in a candy store and Sans just sitting down waiting for you to begin. And so you do.
(ignore the fact that it's a fnaf song. this song fits your personality in this story)
Papyrus started clapping like crazy. Sans clapped as well and let out a few whistles.
"THAT WAS SUPERB HUMAN!!! I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS, FIND IT FITTING TO BE APPROVED BY THE GREAT PAPYRUS!"
"ya should feel honored kid."
You giggle and take a bow. "Thank you. Thank you. I am glad to be approved by the Great Papyrus!"
"as ya should be."
"YES! IT IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST TO BE APPROVED BY I, THE GREAT PAPYRUS!!"
You giggle again. His happiness is so overwhelming.
