Chapter Four: We Meet Again

The next morning the girls and Dante got up, packed up, and checked out a little later than they'd hoped too. In the car, Leah noticed the gift bag in the back seat on the way to Alexis's house.

"Where'd that come from?" Leah asked Ava looking at her strangely.

"I did a few late night errands. Its just her birthday present relax." Ava had forgotten to tell Leah she had dipped out last night.
Leah was worried. "Babe did you get enough sleep?" She asked Ava. When Ava is tired she goes off the wall!

"Baby I'm fine" Ava responded. "Too late now anyway, we're here!" Ava said pulling into the driveway. The house was beautiful! It was bigger than any of them expected. Simply gorgeous. Leah's heart sunk to her stomach. She couldn't believe what was happening. She noticed the front door of the house opening and panicked.

Alexis stepped outside looking nice. She had on a pink polo shirt, white shorts, and pink vans. She skipped to the car in excitement. Ava couldn't even get out of the car all the way before her sister attacked her with a bear hug.

"I missed you so much!!" Alexis yelled as they fell to the ground. They laid there laughing so hard it hurt until Leah helped both of them up. "Hey old friend." Leah said helping Alexis up off of the ground.
All Alexis could do was smile, she hugged Leah.

"I'm so glad you decided to come." Alexis said softly in Leah's ear.
"Me too." Leah said blushing.
"Come on! I'll give you guys a grand tour" Alexis said leading everyone inside.
They walked around for about 15 minutes. Alexis showed everyone to their rooms, and answered any questions but after awhile Ava couldn't hold her excitement in anymore.

"Where's the little one?" Ava asked her sister nervously.
"Dance Camp." Alexis answered. She should be home any minute now.
With no delay, the sound of heavy little footsteps came interrupted the conversation.
"Mommy! Mommy! Look at my shoes light up!" A tiny voice roared.
Ava's heart sank, She was mesmerized by such a young beauty.
"Thats so cool baby!" Alexis said to the little girl. "Theres somebody I want you to meet."
She scooted the child in front of her for everyone to see. "Everyone this is Olivia."

Leah's heart stopped as tears began to flood her eyes. "Oh my god..." she whispered under her breath.

Gianna followed with a whisper "Wow."

Ava got down on one knee. "Hi princess. I'm your Titi Ava" She said to Olivia. "Behind me is your Titi Leah and your Titi Gigi."

Nevaeh giggled. "Titi Gigi! Thats funny! Thats a cool birthmark on your cheek Titi Leah. I have the same one!" Leah smiled, Her and Gianna continued to keep her company while Ava and Alexis went to help Dante bring in the rest of their luggage.

Once they got all the bags, in the three of them sat outside and talked, catching up with one another.

"So where's the wife?" Ava asked Alexis.

"Probably dropped Olivia off and went by the grocery store. She'll be home in a little while to start dinner." Alexis answered. "Who's this guy?"

Dante chuckled "My name is Dante. I grew up with Leah and Gianna but now I'm Gianna's boyfriend."

"Wow!" Alexis said with amazement. "Now thats fate! Did y'all have something going on as kids?" She asked.

"Hmmm..." Dante thought to himself. "You could say that. I've just always known she was the love of my life."

The twins simply nodded in agreement, they really didn't have words for such a beautiful thing.

A fancy midnight blue mustang pulled up in the driveway, putting an end to the conversation. Out came Tania, Alexis's wife, looking more amazing than ever. Her curves were showing, Her hair was slayed falling down her back, and skin was glowing! She had looked like a brand new woman. "Babe! You two! Come get the groceries please, we'll talk inside" She yelled headed towards the front door.

"Damn bro!" Ava said to her sister. "I don't remember Tania looking that good. What changed?" She asked

Alexis was stuck in thought. She knew exactly what was going on with her wife but had realized she had never said it out loud before. "Her nigga happened" She answered. "She got a boyfriend. Tania been cheating on me for months. That nigga been spoiling her rotten... and she think I'm clueless. She's been unhappy ever since we adopted. Treats Olivia horribly."

Dante interrupted, "Um, I know it's not my place but, why are you still with her?"

"I got a girl in mind I wanna be with, It's only a matter of time. Right now my heart belongs to Olivia, Thats my world."

"UMM HURRY UP!" Tania yelled. The twins and Dante shook their heads as they headed inside.

Two hours later, the dinner table was set, dinner was ready, and everyone was seated joining hands in prayer. Olivia started the prayer but Tania just had to finish.

"Dear lord please keep my house free of adultery and lies. Let all couples in this house stay joined together and not end up in another's room. Amen." Tania said setting the tone at the dinner table, firing shots all across the room. They hadn't been at the house a whole day yet and Leah was already beginning to feel annoyed, so she tried to lighten the mood.
"The food looks great Nia!" Leah said fighting herself to be nice.

"I know. Use my full name please." Tania snapped back.

Gianna was over it. She knew her best friend could tolerate the bullshit but she could never.
"So Tania, do you plan on being a bitch this entire time?"

Alexis quickly excused her child from the table, "Language please!" She said angrily.

Tania laughed, "You know what? I don't need this. I'll be back, when they are gone!" She yelled at her wife. Tania grabbed her purse and stormed out the front door.

Ava followed her "Tania wait!" She screamed following her outside.

Gianna and Dante excused themselves from the table. "I'm sorry Alexis but, I just couldn't take it. We're going out, love you guys."
